Best hotel in Montreal, really conveniently located halfway between the museum's/Mont Royal and halfway to the old town. The area around the building (particularly as you walk towards Notre Dame) could do with sprucing up, but the hotel itself felt like a safe haven. I would definitely recommend upgrading to a suite!

Hotel premises are immaculate. The staff are friendly, helpful, professional and efficient. The room was nice and had tea and coffee making facilities. The hotel is closed situated to the metro station Place des armees should you need to use the underground. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel. Next to the old town and other central locations. Easy to walk around to downtown and to the old port. The only issue we experienced is that we had to request for our room to be cleaned. To our disappointment, we found some sheets left on the bed with no signs of cleaning or rubbish removed. After an extensive discussion at the front desk, we had the situation resolved. Overall it was a pleasant stay despite this issue.

Great stay

Area to park in front of hotel for valet parking (C$35 per day) so we used it to unload and park elsewhere. Self check in with staff on hand to help as well as reception staff. Nice room, not big, but good enough with floor to ceiling windows and controllable blind, really really comfy bed and quality linen, nice big TV, good bathroom and quality toiletries. Only negatives would be no plug in sink makes shaving difficult (and not very environmentally friendly), and although out of the hotels control is the building work opposite and throughout the downtown area. Small negatives and not enough to put you off a good stay. Definitely recommended.

Actually overall I am quiet happy with my stay. Except I just discover in 2 wallets it is missing money. The day we changed room we had our stuff in the room for 6 hours. It is missing 150 Canadian dollars and 70 euro in cash. I had 3700 cad in my wallet this day and around 220 euro

The staff was rude, disrespectful and discriminatory. Refused our stay due to a credit card issue from 2 years ago that was wasn’t aware of until we arrived, disrespected and mocked me, escorted myself and my wife through the public lobby like criminals as they held our belongings hostage. Eventhough we left they refused to issue a refund and also fraudulently charged my wife’s credit card without her consent regardless of the fact that we chose not to stay. Worst life and hotel experience I’ve ever had

I have stayed here a few times. Everyone at the hotel is very nice and pleasant in their communication. However, they still need to work on a few things to truly become a top-notch hotel. No VIP upgrades offered, the gym had no hand sanitizer available, the restaurant for breakfast is extremely expensive and you’re better to walk down the street to one of the other breakfast cafés, the bar was closed one night for a private event. Not sure why that happens in the hotel that is supposed to be for hotel guest not for an outside company.
