Guests have to do part of the cleaning.

They ask you to take out rubbish before you check out... I guess I should be grateful that they didn't tell me to wash the bed sheets for the next guest by hand. Poor Air conditioning barely cools the room. Nice reception.

Pour commencer, nous n'avons pas eu le droit à un simple bonjour de la part de la dame qui était à l'accueil. Ensuite, on a eu la surprise d'apprendre que le parking de l'établissement était plein et que l'on devait se débrouiller pour trouver une place de stationnement alors que l'un des critères pour lesquels nous avions choisi cet établissement était justement le parking. On a appris par la suite que le stationnement n'est pas gratuit selon une affiche dans l'ascenseur... La femme de l'accueil nous a quand même proposé d'aller sur un parking situé à plus d'un kilomètre de l'établissement... Quant à la chambre, elle était en apparence propre, mais les murs étaient bien sales, de même que la sortie d'air au plafond, qui avait laissé beaucoup de traces de poussière. Comme point positif, le lit est confortable, la chambre est spacieuse et bien équipée et l'établissement est situé à proximité du métro, ce qui est bien pratique.

Une vraie déception. Climatisation en panne dans une chambre étouffante, salle de bain pleine de moisissure, porte d’entrée couverte de traces de doigts… On se demande franchement si le ménage a été fait. C’est inacceptable pour un établissement censé accueillir des clients. Seul point positif : la dame de l’accueil, très aimable et compréhensive, avec qui la communication a été bonne. Malgré cela, je ne recommande absolument pas cet hôtel. À fuir.

super séjour malgré une réceptionniste très désagréable.. parking de l'hôtel plein à notre arrivée donc marche à pied 15mn avec les valises.. c'est un peu limite quand on vient en voiture ! métro pas loin donc top quartier Chartreux vraiment pas sûr et très sale chambre très propre et grande salle de bain

RAS sur la qualité des chambres au global mais on ne peut pas en dire autant sur le service et l'implication du personnel. Zéro place de parking pour 2 chambres réservées (le parking privé étant pourtant l'un des arguments mis en avant lors de la réservation) et le personnel qui se moque totalement du bien-être des clients. C'est le monsieur de l'entretien qui a fini par aller nous acheter un sachet de jambon parce que ça faisait 2 jours de suite qu'il n'y avait plus rien au petit déjà à 8h du matin. C'est déplorable.

Je suis tout simplement écoeurée. J'étais en déplacement professionnel normalement du 3 au 6 juin. Changement de programme. J'étais persuadée d'avoir annule ma réservation. Le 4, je me rends compte que cela n'est pas validé. Je préviens hôtel.com, je préviens l'hôtel en direct. ....au final. ..même pas le paiement juste d'une pénalité mais prélèvement de la somme Totale. Au final.....je travaille gratuitement. Alors attention à ne pas vous tromper, car aucune erreur n'est tolérée.
