Sound proofing of room not very good, can hear sound of firecrackers and traffics at night during week of Deepavali. Room is clean and spacious, there is also water dispenser on every floor. Lots of dinning and grocery options available nearby.

Concierge service was good, very friendly and helpful. Suite was big and nice to stay in. Would be better if rooms were more soundproof as it can be pretty noisy from cars and even neighbours. Gym was pretty disappointing so don’t expect to use the gym. Other than that, was okay~

Room was cheap but parking card didn’t work - took a while ti sort. Wifi did not work; no water in room & no cooking utensils despite advertising a kitchen. Spots of what seemed tk be dried blood on sheet which I only spotted in the morning as I collapsed into bed without checking.

I got a stay at this nice hotel at a well discounted price. So the normal rate would be much higher. However, if you could also get a ton of discounts to book and stay at this hotel, then i strongly suggest u take it. The staffs were good and well mannered. The room is huge with a lot of wide spaces. Not your typical small cramped cheap rooms. I mean for a room of two persons, u can actually fit another 10 or more. The only downside, there is no bathtub, at least in my previously booked room. Not sure about other higher level rooms. In a summary, totally recommended!

The room is very spacious with at-home design, but there were baby cockroaches and the door lock (the chain type) was half-broken, the in-room light is quite dim too. The car park is not user-friendly (have to check in first to get the room key card to open the barrier).

Overall a comfortable stay, except that the carpark gate is out of order. Hotel customers going in and out of the carpark need to wait for the concierge staff to manually lift the gate-bar!

Spacious and comfortable apartment hotel

A nice studio apartment hotel suitable for travellers that prefer large spacious room with a simple kitchenette. Pros: 1) carpark is available 2) near to botanical garden and food court 3) fast and easy checkin 4) Spacious, clean and comfortable room 5) has a fitness centre at level 7 Cons: 1) Sound proofin needed 2) apartment is quite enclosed with no windows besides the balcony and bathroom window.

Overall it's a nice spacious and family friendly hotel, there's a sofa bed in the room but it was locked, you may request them to unlock it and fit one or 2 more person in the room. The cafe was closed for CNY holiday, they provided fried bee hoon and nasi lemak for our breakfast.

Had a 3 days 2 nights stay. Room cleanliness was bad. Can see obvious dusts under the bedside tables. Sofa bed’s fabric was very dirty. Toilet’s plaster ceiling was ripped. Floor was sticky. Requested for 2 double bedrooms upon booking. Came out to have 1 double bedroom and another one was with 2 single beds. One of us was bitten by bed mites badly all over the legs. This shows how dirty the bed was. I’ve encountered smelly odour from the pillow case (probably not dried thoroughly. Also requested for 2 rooms on the same floor but was not granted. Noise barrier was pretty bad as car noises can be heard clearly even when windows and balcony doors were closed. Carpark is so narrow and can barely fit a sedan car. A malay guy receptionist (40s to 50s) was so unfriendly. We requested for him to give us a call when the room is ready and we went back to our car to take a nap. He did not called us. We only got to know the room is ready when we gave another call to the hotel. Overall a really bad experience. Will never return nor recommend.

Improvement needed

The room is spacious and it is a very good selling point. However, the walls are so thin that we can hear what’s happening outside and that affect our quality of sleep a lot. The bathroom doors need lubricant (say WD 40)to erase the creaking sound. The water tap has to be fixed to avoid it from “moving”. The drainage of the shower is not working and a small water pond appear after bathing.
