The property was spacious and clean. We were greeted by the key holder. The area was down a small side road and was mostly quiet except for some drunks at night. Within easy walking distance of some sights and not far to to bus stop to reach others. Amenities as advertised, although the iron had lost it's temperature control dial so was stuck on one setting. The small terrace has an internal view and is permanently in shade, which is probably great in Summer heat, but not much use in Spring. We asked the owner to arrange a taxi back to the airport and the reply took a couple of days, but after chasing again he did reply and a private taxi did turn up on time. Overall though a good stay.

Very nice apartment but be know the conditions

This is a very nice apartment in a central location in Rome. Bedroom, bathroom and kitchen/living area. Very well presented and fitted with everything including washing machine, microwave, tv etc. When you stay here, you effectively take a ‘lease’ for the duration of your stay. So it’s completely self-catering. They supply towels but you need to wash/dry them yourself (or pay for replacements). They supply soap but you need to buy your own when it runs out. The security at the apartment is very good but the front door was left open most of the time (not ideal). There is no reception and if you have a problem you call by phone. The keys are collected at a nearby ‘left luggage’ (mostly busy attending to their own customers). When you leave, you put the keys in the apartment and close the door (don’t leave anything behind because you can’t get back in) You need to pay €30 in advance to have the apartment cleaned when you leave (cash only) It can be noisy in the building- so expect to get woken up when someone collects the waste (the bins are in the lobby) I’m not going to recommend this apartment because I don’t like the service model, the security and the noise.

A spacious and comfortable apartment in the centre

The apartment was larger than expected, very modern and complete with all necessary appliances, including iron and ironing board. It's location was fabulous, in a quiet street but within easy walking distance of most major attractions and sights. A really nice feature was the bathroom which was huge and very well appointed. Check in was a bit of an issue as our flight was delayed by over 3 hours but was ultimately very easy. I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Fantastic location - right in the heart of the attractions in Rome - all of which were in easy walking distance. The apartment was exactly as described, cleanliness 10/10 with facilities suitable for both a short and a long stay in this area. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would also book again.

Well equipped but loud

I stayed in Apartment 7. Positives: The apartment was very well equipped, it has a washing machine, ironing board etc which was very good, everything that you would need. There is a small lift which is good for luggage. The room was clean, there is a very large clean bathroom The location is good, a short walk to Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona etc There are a couple of shops nearby for groceries etc. Negatives: Do not book this, if you need decent sleep. The upstairs neighbours ruined this for us as they were coming and going at all hours and making no effort to be quiet (2 am etc), and it sounds like their lounge is over the bedroom, even with ear plugs it woke us up. The layout of the room means that the apartment door opens into the bedroom, so all noise from outside disturbs your sleep, such as slamming doors, the lift doors which are old and metal and make more noise than you think.

Wonderful location, charming apartment.

The location was amazing and the apartment charming. There was laundry (but no dryer), a dishwasher, an elevator, and again, a terrific location to see everything by foot. Overall I liked the stay and would consider staying here again. The cons: You have to pay at nearby luggage holding place to leave your suitcase before check in. The apartment was so cold when we got there as heat had not been on. It took until the next day for us to be comfortable after turning on the heating units inside. Also internet was out a whole day. They said due to street work but no communication and no response for a day when I emailed. There were small issues with the apartment (light bulb out in bathroom), TV doesn’t work well) and as I mentioned, no great way to communicate if anything needed unlike the apartment we stayed in Naples.

Loved the apartment. The only thing I didn't like is that there was only one dish towel and no paper towels; we had one roll of toilet paper for the bathroom for a week, one trash bag, and no dish soap or laundry soap. When I asked for these basic items (which are usually purchased in bulk so buying them for a short stay doesn't make sense, therefore, they are usually included in reasonable amounts) - I was told the apartment was self-catering. We bought these items and left them for the next person. Otherwise, the apartment was lovely and well-appointed for cooking and perfectly located. Everything else was perfect, and I hope to stay again.

The apartment was simple and straighforward but perfect for our stay with family of 4. Two bathrooms, laundry, kitchen and walking distance from everything you need. We did notice an odour from one of the bathroom pipes when we first arrived- not uncommon for an old European building- we just aired it out and all was good. Responsive and easy check in and out was also very positive.

The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. On the weekends it can get kind of loud outside at night and you can hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a great location to stay at. It is close to everything and area feels very safe. Would definitely stay here again.

Nous avons passé 4 jours dans un appartement au 1er étage. Très propre, grand, literie confortable, très bien situé, tous les monuments sont accessibles à pied et proche du Campo de fiori avec plein de restaurants. Seul bémol, le bruit dans le couloir tôt le matin et même la nuit. des portes qui claquent, des gens qui parlent fort. Porte peu, voire pas du tout isolée.

Saubere und tolle Unterkunft, entspricht genau der Beschreibung. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet. Die Kücheneinrichtung beinhaltet alles was man benötigt, wie z.B. Geschirr, Mikro, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Herd, Toaster und Kaffee- und Spülmaschine. Eine Grundausstattung an Tee, Kaffeekapseln sowie ein paar Kekse waren auch vorhanden. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren inklusive. Ein separater Raum mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen sowie Wäscheständer gab es auch. Das Bad war sauber und relativ groß. Eine Ablage in der Dusche sowie am Waschbecken wäre sinnvoll. Im Schlafzimmer gab es einen eingebauten und begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Matratze war gut, das Bett aber leider nur 1,90 m lang. Das Kabelfernsehen beinhaltet nur italienische Programme, hier wäre eine Satellitenanschluss wünschenswert. Fazit: Ich kann die Unterkunft mit gutem Gewissen nur weiterempfehlen.

Hébergement très bien situé, indications claires pour pour l’enregistrement et le service de réservation de transport aéroportuaire est très apprécié. Appartement parfait pour deux personnes, bien équipé et à proximité pour l’épicerie, restaurants et attraits touristiques. Nous avons marché Rome, aucun transport en commun nécessaire de cet emplacement. Merci, je recommande.
