The hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us. The staff are friendly, the hotel is clean and spacious. There are decent facilities in the hotel rooms and in the hotel lobby. Drinks prices are very reasonable and the staff in the bar area are lovely. Very good with children/families and an excellent location. Excellent value for money.

We only stayed one night to be close to shopping. The hotel is a bit old but clean and necessary things are available such as towels, sheets, kitchen utensils etc. However, the staff needs to put a few bottles of drinking water until the guest have time to fix it themselves. The hotel staff were pleasant and helpful. Our flight was in the evening and we have to check out at 12:00. They let us leave our bags at the reception until we leave to the airport, which was very kind of the hotel manager. This is a perfect place for those who want to live near the city / like to shop.
