The property is very close to Wawel castle and the river. Was very handy to have a fridge and microwave as part of the amenities. Lovely big room with a big walk in shower in the bathroom. Only 10minute walk to town

The showerhead was quite dirty. The bed had a gap in the middel that you would fall into in the middel of the night. The wifi did not work But the room was nice.

Aside from the street repairs outside the hotel, everything was great. Anna, at reception was delightful and very helpful. Truthfully, the repairs just made for a bit of dust and stones we walked around. A very comfortable stay and short walk to the Wafel Castle, Old Jewish Quarter and Main Square.

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting Krakow, lovely spacious rooms ,very clean with maid service daily .all the staff were extremely helpful If I was going to nit pick is there was construction work outside which started early in the mornings

The property was excellent. We stayed in the luxury apartment with a hot tub on the balcony. The rooms are lovely and the facilities are fab. One thing I would like to comment on is the fact on the Expedia website it says it has a restaurant/bar which it does not. It also give u an option to get breakfast to the room and late night room service. However this is not the case, I asked a member of staff where the bar was and she said that they do not have a bar or restaurant. The hotel is within walking distance of the main square and has a couple of good dining options. We went to the Indian which was lovely. Overall the hotel and facilities are fantastic and would recommend to stay here.

Fantastic Hotel.

Fantastic hotel and great room, perfect for stay and great location as on 10 minute walk to main square. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Only small complaint is that WIFI wasn’t working in room, but for the amount of time we were in room it was a huge deal but would have been nice as WIFI worked for us at reception. Can’t wait to book again for another fantastic stay at BESTVIEWS.

Great stay in Krakow

Amazing little hotel. I booked in the states before leaving and could not have been happier. Everything around the city was close within walking distance. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. The room was great! Had everything we needed and all the utensils to cook. There is a small 24hr grocery right next to the hotel and a great place from breakfast not 200meters away. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, showers worked great. I could. Not have asked for a better stay!
