Ideal location in centre of Brisbane with clean rooms and friendly staff. Pool was a bit too cold for us so didn’t manage to make the most of it during our stay. We had an issue with the air con in our room but the hotel were quick to help and change our room which was appreciated. Would stay again.

A very very noisy bar immediately opposite - do not get a low floor as you won't sleep. Hotel itself was basic but fine for the money.

Perfect city hotel

Only stayed for one night but the hotel was perfect. The reception team were all really lovely, helpful and informative. We had a city/river view room which was fantastic. Pretty faultless hotel.

Location is excellent, rooms are great, however staff can be better trained on service delivery. Too much "it's our policy" mentality rather than working with the customer on issues.

Great property, I had a little struggle with my check-in process. Night staff couldn’t find my reservation and insist that there was no rooms available. But at the end he managed to get me a room. Also, wine wasn’t setup in the room as one of the benefit on my booking. I had to request at the lobby for it. Aside of that struggle, the room was very nice and clean. Good location.
