Paris we love

We had a few days of rain so had to stay local to apartment. But got taxis into city centre as metro was too far a walk. Needed bus pass from metro to use buses. But found using bolt cost us a few euros more but saw sights and less hassle. Room was very clean and tidy. Only downside was the heating was controlled and was a little cold during night times. But additional duvet helped keep warm.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The area felt safe. 5 mins walk from RER and 15 mins to the nearest metro. Both go atraight to the centre of Paris. Nice views from my window. The shower wasn't draining properly on my first day, however this was resolved within hours after I reported it. Thank you again

Easy check-in, clean room and was exactly how advertised. Only issue was on the last day the internet password changed and the staff didn’t tell us. Could have done with extra pillows, but a good stay nonetheless.

A great choice if you want to cook or prepare simple meals yourself. French beds are usually very hard but this one was ok and the room was quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Some of the utensils needed to be updated and we missed a cork screw 😁

The hotel was fine, they fail to mention they don’t clean the rooms unless you ask and you have to pay extra. You have to pay extra if you also want clean towels. Wish I knew this beforehand.

Great place to stay.

This is my 2nd stay here, which says a lot as I rarely return to the same place. I arrived a lot later than intended at 11pm due to transport delays and arrived hot, sweaty and exhausted. The receptionist gave me a bottle of cold water which helped me a lot. The room was very clean and despite not having air conditioning was relatively cool. There was some noise of traffic outside, however this wasn't really a problem for me. The bed comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The moment I stepped foot onto property I realized the website is displaying inaccurate representation of the place. The room that we got was old, small, smelt like stale oil, and the bathroom was MOLDY. The hallways were dark and the door to the room was flimsy. I do not recommend staying in this "hotel".

J'avais réserver une chambre avec un lit double. C'était un week-end de décompression pour mon mari. Je lui avais réserver une surprise. La surprise ça a été un canapé pas adapter pour dormir, il ne s'ouvrait qu'a moitié alors qu'a l'accueil on m'a certifier que l'on pourrais dormir dedans suite a ma réclamation en découvrant 2 lits jumeaux dans la chambre. Le top pour un couple. J'ai payer pour une chambre qui n'était pas adapter a ma réservation. La personne a l'accueil ne s'est pas soucier du problème. Service fourni 0
