Our requests from management were immediately accomplished. We stayed at one bedroom apartment. Some furniture needs to be refurbished but existing ones still in good condition. Location is excellent and safe. Dining options are good too.

Room was large and comfortable but unclean with a strange smell. Various issues on check in and with WiFi and safe. Communal areas are filthy and the gym is severely underequipped.

The accommodation is in a very good location. We were attending a trade fair in Buenos Aires and the venue was within walking distance. It was great. The place is a bit busier, you don't get a full night's sleep, but we take that as a tax on how good a location it is. There was always a guard at the reception, but unfortunately never any receptionist or representative of the accommodation provider. Everything was handled only through WA. We repeatedly reported that there was a lot of mould in one of the rooms, it was all around the windows, on the curtains, it could be smelled everywhere in the room..., but no one ever responded to this complaint.

The apartment is really nice. Location could not get any better. Too bad that the windows in the sleeping room are not sound proof. Because BA is a noisy city we went totally crazy with the loud noice. We were disappointed that we only got one towel change in our 12 day stay. Pay in mind that cleaning is limited.

⚠️ This is a warning for anyone considering renting in this building or from this person named Christian. I received a very poor apartment that didn't look anything like the photos. Walking into the building was not nice at all and poorly maintained. The elevator is so old I saw one in the 1960s. Small and it didn't look in great condition. I never had a balcony as shown. My kitchen and bath were not modern as shown in the photos. I complained and ask for another room or a refund. Christian told me there were no rooms available and I would have to ask Expedia for a refund. I spoke to Expedia and they tried to call Christian but he wouldn't answer his phone now. . I left the building with Christian not telling me I couldn't get a refund but that Expedia would have to handle it. After not answering the phone for a couple of days an e-mail was sent and they denied my refund even though I had returned the keys under the understanding I was getting a refund. This was not as advertised. They may have what's in the photos but what I got was totally unacceptable. The staff are inaccessible too. Behind a buzzer system. At first they refused to give me the manager's number. Avoid this place .

Pésima experiencia, publicidad engañosa y falsa, NO ES UN HOTEL, son departamentos que alquilan, no tiene restaurante, no tiene desayuno incluido, no te hacen limpieza en la habitación diaria como UN HOTEL, no te guardan el equipaje en ninguna bodega especial como los hoteles, no lo recomiendo para trabajo, no deberían permitir categorizar como hotel cuando NO LO ES.

Only a couple of blocks from many bakeries, a great empanada place and Plaza Italia. The process for getting was easy, even though my card made it difficult because i was visiting other countries as well. Loved the big patio.

Apartamento incrível

Adoramos o quarto. Por ser um apart hotel, era bem espaçoso, alem de ter uma mini cozinha. Uma coisa que não estava especificada aqui, é que a piscina do prédio não pode ser usada por hóspedes, apenas moradores mesmo. A academia nós usamos, mas ficamos na dúvida se podia ou não. Como nos hospedamos só 4 dias, então não precisamos de limpeza do quarto, nem troca de toalhas, mas pra quem for ficar mais tempo não sei como funciona. O apartamento é bem localizado, bairro ótimo e perto dos melhores restaurantes. Cama super macia, e o apartamento com a jacuzzi na área externa é um diferencial incrível. Ficaríamos de novo com certeza

Pésima experiencia, para empezar no debería anunciarse en este portal como un hotel, este lugar ves para mochileros, no ni siquiera recepción ni ningún servicio o amenidad, estuve de trabajo 10 días en Buenos Aires y solamente una vez limpiaron el cuarto, esto es verdaderamente inaceptable, lo que espera uno es al menos orden y limpieza al terminar el día, la limpieza no es un lujo, no es una opción y no es un costo, es una cortesía, y si no se entiende así, debería ser un derecho del huésped y una obligación del establecimiento, si vas de trabajo, ahórrate un mal momento y no Te hospedes en este “parador”, yo voy de negocios dos a tres veces por año y definitivamente no vuelvo a este lugar
