Awesome staff

The staff at City Residence Strasbourg was very welcoming and helpful during my stay. Room was clean and spacious and glad that it had a kitchenette. Location was within a 10-minute walk to the train station and five minutes to Place des Halles for all my grocery needs. Thank you again.

The whole facilities need renovation and many improvements. Many extras that you have to pay (35€ for cleaning???). Dusty rooms with webs hanging in many spots. Very bad internet quality.

Cost-effective, good location and comfortable to stay. You can use a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and a coffee machine. The building is a bit old and the shower is a little inconvenient, because there is no soap dish or something similar in the shower booth. Attention, the reception does not take any letters or parcels from outside for you, so it is not possible to ask Amazon to ship anything to the hotel reception in your place.

Bien situé mais vieillissant

Bien placé car proche à pied de la cathédrale et la gare. Literie pas très confortable et double vitrage à revoir (au deuxième étage, on comprenait ce que disaient les personnes dans la rue). Place de parking à réserver au plus tôt car peu de place.
