Stayed for 3 nights to visit the Gold Coast and Mount Tamborine for wine tasting. Quiet and safe place near the sea. Walking distance to the coast and amenities.went whale watching. Our apartment had very nice ocean view. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. It is walking distance to central surfs paradise. But the condition of the rooms was not great. Many dirty marks on the walls and we also found a hole on the wall in one of the bedrooms. Rooms are not cleaned properly. We found rubbish and dirty towel left by previous guests.

Location was great. Room was clean. Shower and sink in ensuite in room 1704 would not drain properly. Two minute shower only or bathroom would flood. Singles beds are not suitable for an adult they are about 80 cm wide.

Great value for money. We booked a 2 bed 2 bath unit which is much better and more comfortable than a hotel in my opinion. The property was clean and well maintained, location is close to everything, receptionist was nice. I would definitely book again.
