We originally rented a 2 bedroom but were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. We loved the air conditioning and kitchen amenities. Our son got very sick one night and we contacted the emergency number and they had a doctor at our apartment within the hour. We were so thankful for their guidance and help! Great location - 20 minutes to the beach or 20 minutes to the Barcelona Cathedral in the old town.

The location is excellent! Right on the busiest shopping street. It is close to many attractions. It is also very close to metro. Tons of dining options right next to the apartment. Annie made our check-in process very easy and quick. She is very friendly and provided detail check-in process before our arrival. Overall we had a great time at the apartment and Barcelona.

Excellent Apartment in the heart of Barcelona

We enjoyed our stay here. Excellent location and a good size for a family of 4. It has a full kitchen and a washing machine/dryer which is a big PLUS! Communication with the front desk was easy and the place was very clean when we checked in. As a family with 2 kids we also felt very safe with the extra locks/codes to get in and out of the apt. even the elevator needs a key to work!! Understand this is right in the middle of Las Ramblas and next to Placa Reial so its pretty noisy all times of the day and night. Overall I will stay here again next time we're in Barcelona.

The flat would have been fine if the windows where not covered by a non see through sticker , there was no hot water in the second bathroom one day the elevator disn work and there was no soup in the one bathroom that had hot water. It was nothing like advertised.

Nice apartment in a great location

Very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment in a great location. The entrance is literally on La Rambla and it is an easy walk to several attractions. The apartment had a kitchen and washer/dryer which was useful. We also had a nice outdoor patio which was a bonus. There is a small elevator and a few narrow winding stairs to reach the apartment, which some people might find inconvenient. But we found it quirky and fun. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful. They helped arrange a cab when we needed. They graciously held our luggage in the office and readied our apartment a couple hours early at our request. The only issue we faced was that the entrance was difficult to locate. There are two locked gates to negotiate and there is only a very small board at the entrance. Also, the website said we could reserve and pay at the time of the stay but it turned out that they require atleast one night of the stay paid in advance in order to hold the reservation. Overall we had an excellent stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderfully spacious property in the heart of the Gothic zone of Barcelona. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and for such an active area so quiet at night, Also was delighted by the bathtub which is rare in many other locations. Thx again.

Bien ubicado y comunicado para hacer turismo por la ciudad. La zona muy concurrida en plena rambla pero en el alojamiento no hay apenas ruido. La habitación nuestra no era ninguna de las fotos pero aceptable en cuanto a tamaño y acondicionamiento. Las camas demasiado blandas y el secador de pelo lo peor. La atención del personal excelente.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! We were able to walk everywhere from this location, it was safe and the communication to the property manager was great (he gave his cell number so we could reach for him for anything needed along the way)! there was a little grocery store right before the apartment which made getting food/drinks for the apartment super easy. would definately stay here again!

Very Clean, excellent location, good communication

Apt is right off Las Ramblas and in Gothic Quarter. Very walkable to many shops and restaurants. A market was located right on first floor. Metro and taxis are also very close. Taxis were never a problem to catch. A little noisy on weekend, and a very small elevator both to be expected. They offered transportation from/to airport, but we took bus and taxi, easy. Our apt was on the 4th floor. 2 BR/ 3 full baths -the pull out (trundle) couch was very comfortable. Very clean, Ikea type furnishings. Hanging racks and drawers for clothing is adequate. Full size fridge and fully stocked kitchen was nice to have. Also washer/dryer combo was in kitchen -which we used once. There was also a drying rack. A dining table with 4 chairs. Hair dryers and lots of plug were convenient. They came several times to clean and provide fresh towels. We communicated through WhatsApp -which I highly recommend to have on your phone. Tour groups also use this in Europe to communicate. No view, but we were not in room that much. Beautiful park square is located right around the corner. Close to Boqueria Market on Las Ramblas. I would stay here again!
