20 minute walk to most Leon sights. Kitchen lacked some needed utensils. Paid for underground parking unnecessarily. Above ground free parking was available.

Quartier et logement agréable. Centre ville à moins de 20 minutes à pied. Par contre il nous a été demandé un supplément pour les ustensiles de cuisines (tasse couverts assietes casseroles).

Hébergement comfortable. 20 minutes à pied du centre. Excellent accueil. Attention, le kitchenette n’est pas équipée. Il y a juste un micro-ondes. Pas de vaisselle, couverts, casseroles, etc.

Un hotel muy apetecible

Todo correcto, el personal muy amable. Pero me sorprendió al llegar a la habitación el cartel del menaje. Los armarios de la cocina están cerrados y es necesario pagar 5€ día para poder usarlo. Es la primera vez que voy a un aparthotel en el que ocurre esto.

Résidence un peu excentrée mais stationnement aisé. Seul dommage (je n'avais vu ça nulle part ailleurs) pour un appart hôtel : les ustensiles de cuisines et couvert sont sous clé et il faut payer pour y avoir accès...

Nice Apartment in Good Location

Nice apartment in a quiet area with parking outside. 15 minutes walk to the cathedral. Big supermarket nearby. Kitchen had adequate equipment but you had to pay €5 a night to use it. There was no plug for the sink and we had to buy a sponge/scourer and tea towel. We had a 3 night stay.

Ce serait très bien si le WIFI était utilisable ..

Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses et confortables. L'équipement de la kitchenette est vraiment minimal. Le WIFI est inutilisable :-( L'hôtel est bien situé à 20 mn à pied du centre.

Caro para lo que es

Muy limpio y muy amables en recepcion. Pero el estado de la habitacion, sin cafetera y con una bañera peligrosa y la zona bastante alejada le hace a mi entender que sea caro en relacion a la calidad. A mejorar: pintar, poner cafetera y quitar la bañera o poner medios para no resbalar y poder ayudarse al salir. Aun asi la habitacion es espaciosa, muy limpio y andando es media hora y hay supermercados alrededor. La zona es tranquila.

Bonito hotel

En general el hotel está muy bien muy limpio y los recepcionistas son muy atentos. Por contra está bastante alejado del centro (20 minutos andando) y al menos en la habitación 306 el inodoro está tan pegado a la pared que casi no se puede usar y para colmo han puesto el toallero ocupando los poquitos centimetros que hay entre el inodoro y la pared. Es un cuarto de baño amplio no entiendo este fallo.

Responsabilidad es lo que hace falta.

Nosotros habíamos cogido dos noches en el Aparthotel exe, lo primero es que si yo no llego a llamar la noche anterior por un comentario que había visto en la página de ellos, la primera noche llegamos al aparthotel y nos lo encontrábamos cerrado. (Por temas de Covid-19 habían teniendo que cerrar) supuestamente me habían estado llamando y a mi nunca me llegó una llamada de ellos. Y correo, menos. Cuando llamo la noche anterior me dicen que nos derivan a un Hotel.... NADA que ver con lo que supuestamente habíamos cogido, nos faltaron más de la mitad de lo que nos ofrecían con el aparthotel, como por ejemplo una mini cocina con sus comodidades básicas. Por último mi pareja había pedido una botella de champán para cuando llegáramos a la habitación, les avisó más o menos la hora sobre la que íbamos a estar llegando y aún así nos encontramos con la botella caliente, en la cubitera no había ni un solo hielo porque era todo un charco. Y la habitación súper pequeña y lo único que tuvo bueno fue la vista que daba para el río. Por lo demás la verdad que muy descontentos.

Hombre, teniendo en cuenta que contraté un aparthotel, el cual estaba cerrado, y me derivaron a una habitación de hotel que cabían las 4 camas de milagro y además tuve que pagar aparcamiento, pues no es para estar contenta. Me parece un engaño.
