The location of the apartment is incredible. Also the size of the flat and the interior is pretty cool. What I loved very much was the dishwasher and washing machine. Some negative points: - You can hear the neighbors talking through the walls - Water Stains on the walls in the bedroom area -Fungus in the bathroom by the window. Didn’t touch it. - Floors looked clean, but were very dirty. - Bed looks nice, but it’s not very comfortable to sleep in - The door is very thin and easily to break in. I was really not feeling save in the flat. You should put a lock on the inside of the door.

It's really nice and spacious apartment in central Madrid. Very close to shopping area (Gran Via) and also local Mercado San Anton. The entire stay was great, apartment is equipped with smart TV and full kitchen. Check in/out is also easy. The only downside and making this place earned 4 out of 5 stars only is the sofabed. It is probably old, and when you unfold the mattress, it sags or has a noticeable dent, making it uneven and uncomfortable to sleep on.

I stay here when ever i am visiting Madrid, it’s the best place to stay and is close to everything you need. The lady’s who maintain the apartments are all very nice. I just wish check out time was at non :( But other than that excellent place

Ideal location right next to Gran via, property was clean and well kept. Property was walking distance to main train stations, restaurants and bars. My only criticism would be that the hot water went after an hour. Overall 8/10

Great apartment and location

Great apartment, we had duplex studio on top floor which was very quiet. Provided you sort all the pre-arrival check in requirements beforehand, it was super easy to gain access and really convenient. Some reviews say that check in was difficult but I imagine these people didn't read the instructions! Just an FYI that it is right in the centre of the cities LGBTQ area if you are staying with family and young children. Short walk to all the metro, bus, and loads around for food / drinks.

Totally recommend for a central private stay

I loved this place, right in Chueca and a lovely 3 minute walk to Gran Via. What I liked the most was the privacy, the access details and apartment were sent in the morning and it was seemless. Could arrive whenever you want and I never saw abithee person in 4 days there. The apartment was a suplex and great, aircon up and downstairs which also worked lovely as heating. Modern and had everything you need and in good condition. Other reviews were correct about lack of sound proofing but it was never a problem, I always take earplugs with me wherever I stay in the world. Totally recommend, I will stay again next time.

Ok stay

The apartments was in a great location, right off Gran vía and easy access to all shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, brought and spacious with all equipment and things needed for the apartment. Easy to gain access with the code and entry system. My only issue was there was really loud neighbours that were partying from 6am - 7:30am in the early hours of Sunday morning which woke me up, I reached out for help with chueca slow apartments, however nobody, even until now has even got back to me when I needed help, I was really disappointed that the slow suite apartments do not have rules for other guest to be considerate of other people staying in the buildings. There should be a rule that no loud music/noise between the hours of 11pm-10am but I won’t stay at this property again as I don’t trust how the communication was not listened or responded too!

Great family apartment, spotlessly clean and centrally located. Just bear in mind with younger children who are light sleepers, that as with all apartments expect to hear your neighbours due to wooden floors and no sound deafening.

Spacious apartments in good location. Nice and clean: very good communication with them. Only downside is we couldn’t leave our luggage during the day and had to walk to the other apartments and leave them but it was only a 3 min walk and they were helpful.

Great location but a few negatives

Great location and nice apartment. Good facilities. It did however smell of smoke. Service offered isn’t good enough. They are only available to be contacted from 10.30am which gave both ourselves and other guests waiting for them a real problem. For these prices they should offer a 24 hour service or at least earlier in the morning.
