Die freundliche Frau an der Rezeption zeigte uns zu Beginn, wo dass wir Supermärkte und gute Restaurants in der Nähe von Palau finden, was wir super fanden. Für weitere Informationen war das Personal immer zu haben. Leider ist der Boiler während unserem Aufenthalt um 23:00 in der Nacht kaputt gegangen. Obwohl die Rezeption dann natürlich geschlossen war, hat uns das Personal in der Nacht super geholfen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Unterkunft und können sie gerne weiterempfehlen.

Lo contrate el mismo día por la mañana, llegamos 14 hs, atendían a partir de 17 hs. Nos presentamos, piden mails de contratación y pasaporte, al final nos dicen que de limpieza cobran 70 euros, 50 de cocina y 200 euros de garantía. Era por una noche que costaba 65 euros, bajo mi disconformidad me retiré y contraté un ByB muy bueno por 55 euros y sin problemas , me quede 2 días en este lugar hermoso

Wir, 2 Erwchsene+2 Kinder, verbrachten im Oktober 7 Tage im Green Village. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Strände und Buchten im Norden zu erkunden. Die Wohnung war sauber und die Küchenzeile zweckmäßig eigerichtet. Bett und Schlafsofa sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Preis Leistung ist Ok.

Résidence simple, jolie, agréable, familiale.

Endroit très agréable, résidence très sympa, simple, jolie, calme et familiale, alentours magnifiques à voir absolument! bien entretenue, jolie végétation. Peut être petit manque au niveau vaisselle pour ceux qui aiment cuisiner: pas d'épluche-légume, pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de grille-pain, mini cafetière italienne (en faire 3 fois si on aime avoir un bol le matin ! )..etc Voiture presque indispensable avec enfants pour visiter les environs malgré la proximité du centre et du port. Wifi gratuit avec pas mal de coupures! Literie correcte, canapé lit correct pour les enfants.

Gute Lage, schöne Anlage

Gute, ruhige Lage. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Ortszentrum. Schöne Anlage, alle Apartements mit Terasse oder Balkon zum Pool. Die Zinmer sind ausreichend gross, sauber, und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung der Küche eher spärlich, der Zustand überholungsbedürftig. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Ruhiges Apartmen, gute Lage, freundliches Personal

Wir erhielten zu zweit außerplanmäßig statt dem gebuchten "Studio" nur mit Schlafcouch ein Apartment für 4 Personen mit extra Schlafzimmer, in das wir schon mehrere Stunden vor offiziellem Check-in einziehen konnten. Das Personal wirkte von Beginn an freundlich und sehr unkompliziert im Umgang. Die Räume waren gemütlich und sauber, an Küchenutensilien war zwar nicht alles da, was wir brauchten (z. B. ein Korkenzieher und die richtigen Müllbeutel), aber auf Nachfrage versorgte man uns mit allem Wichtigen. Auf ein Ameisenproblem im Schlafzimmer, das nachts plötzlich entstanden war, wurde am nächsten morgen sehr schnell (und erfolgreich) reagiert. Das Green Village liegt fußläufig vom Hafen und ein bis zwei Stränden entfernt, die Lage ist top für Palau. Für Tagesausflüge in die nähere Umgebung und fürs Einkaufen wirkte dennoch ein Mietwagen unerlässlich - ohne Auto wäre es uns wahrscheinlich etwas langweilig geworden und das Einkaufen von Vorräten und Wasser hätte sich sehr lästig und deutlich teurer als notwendig gestaltet. Unterm Strich ein top Aufenthalt, gerne wieder!

Nette Anlage - aber extrem laut

Auf den ersten Blick eine schöne, pittoreske Anlage: Dörflicher Charakter, geplegte Gartenanlage, kleiner aber ausreichender Pool. Wir hatten ein Studio für zwei Personen am Pool, welches von der Größe her vollkommen ausreichend war. Aber schon bei der Kücheneinrichtung ging es los: kein Wasserkocher, keine Kaffeemaschine, kein Toaster. Normale Messer, um sich ein Brot zu schmieren, haben wir dazu gekauft. Das man von einer Schlafcouch keinen allzu großen Komfort erwarten kann - okay. Aber bereits nach der ersten Nacht hatten wir beide derart mit Rückenschmerzen zu kämpfen, dass uns Hören und Sehen verging. Aber das mit Abstand Schlimmste war der fast ständige Krach: brüllende Erwachsene, kreischende Kinder, knallende Türen und das ständige Geräusch von Tischen, Stühlen und Liegen, die über den Kachelboden geschoben werden. Eine Bahnhofshalle ist nichts gegen das, was wir an Rücksichtslosigkeit dort erlebt haben. Wer hier im August Ruhe, Erholung und Schlaf sucht, sucht vergebens. Zwischen 2:00 Uhr, wenn die Letzten ins Bett gingen, und ca. 6:00 Uhr, wenn die Ersten schon wieder aufstanden, war mal an Schlaf zu denken. Das war seit 30 jahren das erste Mal, dass wir uns auf die Abreise gefreut haben.

Aspetto esteriore villaggio non male.

Arrivato sul tardi trovato biglietto sulla porta ad attendermi, mi indicava dov'era il mio alloggio... per due notti dormito bene poi,per esigenze interne mi hanno spostato in altro alloggio con divano letto pessimo! dormito per 3 notti poi ho anticipato il ritorno dalla vacanza...non riuscivo a dormire troppo scomodo. Pessima ricezione canali tv e internet lentissimo da rivedere il tutto!!! Insomma disagi!!

Schöne Ferienanlage etwas außerhalb des Zentrums

Die Ferienanlage in Palau liegt sehr gut, wenn man die Insel sowohl nach Osten als auch nach Westen erobern will. Das Städtchen Palau ist hierfür eine perfekte Ausgangslage. Die Ferienanlage ist gepflegt und einfach, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten keine Betten, sondern ein "Studio" mit Schlafsofa, was aber ebenso bequem war. Zu bemängeln ist die Grundausstattung in der Ferienwohnung: Es fehlten Geschirrtücher, Lappen jeder Art, Spülmittel, Besen. Auch Teetassen waren keine vorhanden. Dies dürfte in einem 4-Sterne-Haus selbst in Italien nicht passieren! Auch Handtücher sollten vorhanden sein, diese musste man sich für 8 Euro bei der Ankunft "kaufen". Mit der Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals an der Rezeption waren wir sehr zufrieden. Positiv sind auch die vorhandenen kostenlosen Parkplätze im Preis inbegriffen. Auch Fahrräder können kostenlos (!) geliehen werden, sehr positiv! Die Ferienanlage liegt allerdings etwas außerhalb des Ortszentrums, ca. 30-40 Minuten zu Fuß.

Guter Service, schöne Außenanlage, gute Lage

Da wir nach den Rezeptionsöffnungszeiren angekommen sind, würde uns ein Brief mit Plan etc hinterlegt! Alles einfach zu finden! Check in am nächsten morgen war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich! Die Aussenanlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und schön! Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer Appartement das alles hatte, was wir benötigten (wobei wir in der Küche nur den Kühlschrank benutzt haben-bei dem die Tür leider etwas aus der Halterung fiel, aber ging trotzdem!) Das Bett ging so, Matratze in Ordnung, Gestell war irgendwie nicht richtig zusammengebaut u quietschte bei fast jeder Bewegung. Die Schlafcouch im Wohn-Esszimmer hat ihre besten Jahre hinter sich, aber für unsere Zwecke ging es! Anzumerken ist, dass wir jeden Abend ein undefinierbares Konzert draußen hatten -wir vermuteten Frösche :-) -das ab zehn Uhr begann u irgendwann in der Nacht vorbei war, was es war wissen wir bis heute nicht, war aber etwas unangenehm beim Versuch zu schlafen... Allgemein ist die Anlage etwas hellhörig u zur Hauptsaison bestimmt nicht ganz so toll, wobei man dann ja den 2. Balkon der nicht zum Pool geht benutzen kann, aber außerhalb der Saison geht's! Alles in allem war es aber durch die zentrale Lage zum Hafen und Strand trotzdem ok!

Hübsche Anlage

Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Sardinien ist wunderschön und Palau ist von der Lage optimal um den Norden der Insel zu erkunden es gibt so viel zu sehen das einem garantiert nicht langweilig wird man kann aber auch an einen der wunderschönen Strände einfach nur entspannen.
