Expedia has a picture of an indoor pool which is misleading and not apart of the hotel. The outdoor pool is apart of the hotel and seasonal. The hotel was great, clean and good value. Staff very helpful and kind.

Great location, great staff.

The parking area was a bit tricky and we had trouble figuring out the tv but the room was clean and large and the staff were very helpful. The location was great with easy access to the Auckland CBD and New Market area and lots of eating options nearby. A shame the pool was cold and closed.

The reception staff were helpful in assisting us to resolve the booking problems created by Expedia's confusing system. The room had amazing views looking out upon the historic Grafton cemetery. But the room itself was quite shabby, there was no daily housekeeping and the parking was diabolical. It was lucky we have a small car; a large car just wouldn't get in there.

Great location and easy to get around. Fantastic apartments. Terrible parking if you have a car! Couldn’t watch YouTube or Netflix due to ‘network issues’! Other than that it’s worth staying there.

Early check in

We arrived early in the morning hoping to drop our bags off before heading into town. Instead we were given a room key and got to check in several hours in advance. The lady at reception was pleasant and helpful, the room was clean and bright and had everything we needed. The location was great for walking into town (10 minutes) and to Spark arena (20 minutes), and felt safe.

The property is clean and accessible for everything! The receptionist friendly and effective communicator. However, the car park design poorly. It’s very hard to take the car in and out without having incident. It’s very squashy.
