Hotel was a little out of town, which we knew. Nice walk into town across the river. 20-30 mins The room was a nice size & clean, but had no air-conditioning & was extremely hot. We slept with the windows open & was woken up around 7/7:30am on week days with the building site next door. Our safe batteries needed replacing we asked twice, two different receptionist for new batteries & they were not replaced, so couldn't use the safe.

On m'a demandé de régler mon séjour dès mon arrivée et on a refusé de me donner la facture. Il semblerait que le logiciel ne le permet pas, dans ce cas-là pourquoi demander un paiement à l'arrivée? Il a fallu que j'attende mon départ pour obtenir une facture que j'ai dû réclamer

Parfait pour un événement à la cité des congrès

Très bon séjour avec une grande chambre très propre et un petit déjeuner très bien aussi. J ai beaucoup apprécié le calme de cet hôtel. L emplacement était adapté car très près de la cité des congrès mais pour visiter la ville il est un peu excentré. Le personnel était très aimable.

Modern, well designed rooms with excellent facilities and easy to reach by public transport or on foot from the main station. Really enjoyed my stay - the only downside was the wifi, which kept disconnecting.

Appart Hôtel très agréable, avec une salle de petit déjeuner très agréable. Nous avons pu le prendre sur une terrasse couverte mais très ensoleillée. La chambre est suffisamment grande. C'est aussi un endroit bien situé assez proche de la salle de spectacle de l'Auditorium de la cité des Congrès

Top hôtel de Nantes

Je pense que c’est le seul hôtel où j’ai passé un séjour aussi confortable au service de ses clients H24 sept jours sur sept c’est magnifique le service de l’hôtel sont aux petits soins avec vous sans ronchonner vraiment je vous conseille cet hôtel en tout cas moi quand je viens à Nantes je vais directement là-bas c’est sûr et certain

Acceuil et prestations au top qui offre du service

Super acceuil, venu pour le marathon de Nantes. Les horaires du petit déjeuner modifier pour que les sportifs puissent en profiter. Des chambres prevu pour pouvoir laisser les affaires et venir prendre une douche apres la course. Ca c'est du service et qui donne un vrai plus à l'établissement.
