The Hotel was close to the city and shopping center. But it was really complicated to park, and the evening staff was not really friendly and helpful. No clear instructions for the laundry room, so we didn’t find it.

Hotel was a little out of town, which we knew. Nice walk into town across the river. 20-30 mins The room was a nice size & clean, but had no air-conditioning & was extremely hot. We slept with the windows open & was woken up around 7/7:30am on week days with the building site next door. Our safe batteries needed replacing we asked twice, two different receptionist for new batteries & they were not replaced, so couldn't use the safe.

Mixed bag

Booked twin rooms, was given double bed. Managed to find twin rooms in the end, thn had to chase for proper bedding (missing sheet & pillow case) and towels (only 1 hand towel). All sorted in the end, concierge was very good, but shouldn't have to experience basic things like those above. Hotel itself fine, feels like student accommodation. Location ok, 15 minute walk into main part of town.

On m'a demandé de régler mon séjour dès mon arrivée et on a refusé de me donner la facture. Il semblerait que le logiciel ne le permet pas, dans ce cas-là pourquoi demander un paiement à l'arrivée? Il a fallu que j'attende mon départ pour obtenir une facture que j'ai dû réclamer

Parfait pour un événement à la cité des congrès

Très bon séjour avec une grande chambre très propre et un petit déjeuner très bien aussi. J ai beaucoup apprécié le calme de cet hôtel. L emplacement était adapté car très près de la cité des congrès mais pour visiter la ville il est un peu excentré. Le personnel était très aimable.

Modern, well designed rooms with excellent facilities and easy to reach by public transport or on foot from the main station. Really enjoyed my stay - the only downside was the wifi, which kept disconnecting.

Très bel établissement

Appart Hôtel très agréable, avec une salle de petit déjeuner très agréable. Nous avons pu le prendre sur une terrasse couverte mais très ensoleillée. La chambre est suffisamment grande. C'est aussi un endroit bien situé assez proche de la salle de spectacle de l'Auditorium de la cité des Congrès
