We enjoyed our Valentine stay at the apartment. The reception staff are friendly, spoke English and always helpful. Only issue we had was apartment can only be cleaned after the fourth night.

The stay was ok, but I disliked that at the end at check out I was told that my kids were not children and therefore they were charging me the difference in price for the breakfast that in my reservation said was included. I explained that I always put my kids age when reserving and I am not the one who categorized them as children.

Fairly new updated hotel for good value but...

The hotel has great potential. It is newly updated and has a petit gym that has air conditionng. The rooms do not have air conditioning . I came in the middle of summer so it made it a hot stay but I got used to it. I booked well in advance and got a great value for my extended stay. They clean the room once a week. Unfortunately, i experienced bed bug bites which made for a miserable sleep. The manager was nice enough to change me to another room and I had to wash all my belongings. Beside this unfortunate occurrence, I would say it is a good property. It is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris city center. They have a great shower with a glass door. The cleaning staff was nice and helpful. Sonja was very attentive to get me an extra pillow as there was only one small one on the bed. I appreciate the eagerness to assist to try to make our stay better.

Das Zimmer war nichts besonderes, Handtücher gibt es keine neuen, Haarfön gefährlich repariert, Türe ohne Klincke nur elektrisch, wenn es brennt und der Strom ausfällt kommt man nicht raus. Kaution wurde 200€ per Kreditkarte verlangt die man erst nach 24 Stunden wieder gutgeschrieben bekommt. 30 Minuten von Paris Notre Dame mit dem RE Zug entfernt. Die Bewertung mit Hervorragend kann ich nicht verstehen.
