Very nice and clean room. Also really good shower. Loved the AC, that’s not very common in NZ. Location was perfect, quiet with an outside space and just 5 minute drive to town.

Outstanding property in a fabulous setting. A fabulous backdrop.of mountains. The scenery is quite something else! Immaculate condition. There was no air conditioning in the bedroom apart from a fan but overall this didnt impact our stay and would definitely recommend.

Deka was very friendly and helpful. We actually booked a studio and she gave us an apartment, which really helped us enjoy way more our experience here. The place was wonderful, comfortable and spotless. We wish we'd book it for longer, but we hope to come back one day. Definitely recommend it!

Property is fine for an overnight stay. You will have to drive back into town to eat as there is nothing in walking distance. Studio apartment was well appointed but needed a heater switched on before we arrived really. The single heater takes a little while to warm the room.

Great base for Kaikoura

This set up is great and very simple to access all you need ... clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Easy to find and well worth the money ... highly recommend this as a base in kaikoura

Excellent apartments

Nice apartments with everything you’ll need including BBQ and laundry. Quiet setting not too far away from town and easy access to a part of the beach without many people about.

What a truly superb place, fabulous rooms, offered an upgrade on arrival to a wonderful apartment, but stayed with the suit as it was great and plenty for one night. Would love to have stayed here longer, simply superb.

Great stay

We stayed in a one bed apartment and loved it. The fire was very homely and the whole apartment very spacious. I do not mean to sound rude towards the owners but the photos on hotels.com did not do the apartment justice. Maybe this was good though as it was a surprise when we arrived as to how nice it really was! Do not stay anywhere else in Kaikoura, especially if you have a car! We would have stayed here longer if we could have.

Just out of town, but comfortable and friendly

Kaikora is well worth a visit for the whale watching - the Fairways are just out of town and superbly equipped and presented.

A lovely quiet setting. The manager was very helpful and friendly. We had a really nice modern studio room, would love to try an apartment next time.
