Excellent modern apartments in the town centre.

Very nice apartment in the centre of the square. Clean, spacious comfortable bed. Aircon . Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher. We arrived at 1pm , check in at 3 we were able to leave our bags.

Short stay in central Wroclaw

We had a great stay in Wroclaw. The New Lux was very comfortable and of as high standard with helpful and friendly reception. Our stay was in the centre of the old town which has an amazingly attractive central square with many restaurants and bars, We only had a short stay of 3 nights but loved our stay and are considering returning next year.

After a 14 night stay, my wife and I loved everything about the New Lux! The location could not be better. It was very clean everywhere from the entrance to our room. The staff was amazing! Roman and especially Kasia catered to our every need. We will stay there again.

I was really surprised the hotel was actually small apartments. This location is excellent!! Plenty of restaurants and bars. The 5th floor is a balcony open for everyone to use. I would stay here again if I come back to Wrocław. Martin was really nice and welcoming. The only issue I had was finding the hotel. It’s really hidden so I kept walked walking past it because I couldn’t see the sign to the hotel cause it was so small.

Excellent room itself, with great attention to detail in design and facilities, and fantastic location overlooking main square. Parking was 10 mins walk away, which was a bit of a pain - and can only park car at a street a few minutes walk away, which inconvenient with luggage. Customer service let down the experience. We asked to extend our stay by 1 night and were changed significantly more than the Expedia rate, despite being mid week. They then didn't keep a record that we'd asked to extend and banged on the door not once but twice along us to firstly checkout, and then to make immediate credit card payment, after being told we could pay on checkout. Finally despite checkout being an hour earlier than most other hotels, they refused our initial request for later checkout, saying we'd need to check on the day of checkout - which defeats the point. They did eventually grant a late checkout, but the dance was an unnecessary headache.
