The bedsofa is not ok for two children 10+. Cooling have no exhaust pipe. Nice with coffee. Salt is almost empty. Nice situated where Netto and backerei are close and open early.

Das Konzept ist gut und die Idee auch. Ich kann nur das Apartment 10 beurteilen und dies war leider leider sehr Schmutzig. Die Böden das Waschbecken im Bad, Toilette waren gereinigt und alles Ok. Das Bett frisch bezogen. Jedoch alle Türen, die Wände Fußleisten und vor allem alle Lichtschalter waren wirklich dick mit Dreck überzogen welcher sich in jedem Fall mit Putzutensilien entfernen lässt. Die Besteckschublade war leider ebenfalls sehr dreckig und ein Uralter Spülschwamm wurde zur Verfügung gestellt. Gerne würde ich Bilder hinzufügen. Wir haben natürlich freundlich an der Rezeption nachgefragt ob ein Zimmerwechsel möglich wäre. Leider waren alle anderen für ein direkten Vergleich ausgebucht. Durch den Altbau welcher im Prinzip sehr schön ist, ist es jedoch anders wie in der Beschreibung sehr hellhörig. Die Rezeptionsbesetzung ist sehr freundlich und bietet gute Auskunft über die Umgebung.

War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Zimmer bräuchten mal wieder frische Farbe an den Wänden, aber sonst wirkt das Zimmer recht elegant. Klimaanlage fehlt leider für heiße Nächte.

The reception was friendly The apartment was old and doors were makings noise. The bed was old and uncomfortable. The sauna was working and nice The neighborhood is recognized as one of the most dangerous neighborhoods. We tried to be back before dark It is more than 3 stop from the city center so you need to pay more for the public transit

Wir haben uns in unserem Apartment wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber. Wir wurden sehr freundlich an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Einzige was aus unserer Sicht deutlich verbesserungswürdig ist, ist der Zustand des Schlafsofas. Da kann man aus unserer Sicht nicht drauf schlafen, weil die Metallgestelle durch die Polster durchdrücken. Dies müsste entweder erneuert oder mit einem dicken Topper ausgebessert werden.

Nicht unser erster Aufenthalt im Zollikof, das spricht ja für sich. Super ist die private Sauna im Zimmer. Zimmer bzw. Wohnungen sind schön groß und gut ausgestattet. Während es von draußen absolut ruhig ist, hatten wir diesmal ein Apartment (2.Stock), wo man vom dritten jeden Schritt wie eine Explosion hörte, man dachte, die Zimmerdecke kommt runter. Für Urlaub ist das wirklich mies. Gut: Zwei Märkte, Apotheke, Post nur wenige Meter zu Fuß. Freundliches Personal, gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Achtung, im kleinen angrenzenden Park wird man gleich wegen Drogen angesprochen.

Die Unterkunft war soweit in Ordnung. Ein bisschen sauberer und gepflegter hätte es sein können. Der Abfluss im Bad hat sehr gerochen, da hätte ein Raumduft evtl Abhilfe geschaffen. Aber für ein Wochenende war es ok. Die Parklplatzsuche war auch eher wie ein sechser im Lotto. Es war also eher schwierig einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist auch eher unsicher. Die Straßen schmutzig und ungepflegt. Ein wenig abenteuerlich für Menschen die es so eher nicht gewohnt sind. Die Innenstadt, Zoo oder ähnliches sind mit der Straßenbahn sehr gut zu erreichen. Aber im Großen und Ganzen hatten wir einen guten Aufenthalt!

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Leipzig. De buurt zelf is niet bijzonder aantrekkelijk, maar de binnenstad is snel te bereiken met de tram. Prima bedden en sanitair. De sauna hebben niet gebruikt.

Check in und Check out lief problemlos. Ich hab einen Schlüssel bekommen und damit konnte ich gehen und kommen wann ich wollte. Das Apartment war sauber nur die Handtücher hatten ein paar Flecken. Sonst war Alles toll. Es gab in der Küche auch Geschirr und Besteck. Sogar Salz und Tee war da. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Alles ok Allem würde ich diese Unterkunft weiter empfehlen und auch sehr gerne wieder kommen.

Erfahrung - Kann man machen, muss man aber ...

Unterkunft so lala. Altbauwohnungen renoviert und jetzt als Unterkunft vermietet. Altbau schöne Deckenhöhen. Gebäude hellhörig, am Wochenende Parties in anderen umliegenden Wohnungen. Betten extrem hart, Einzelbetten nur 80 cm breit? Einrichtung sehr spartanisch, wenig Liebe zum Detail. Doppelbett für Eltern ist die Klappcouch. Hauseingang ist nicht richtig renoviert. Boden hat Fliesenlöcher. Abgenutzt. Immer noch eher abgewohnter Altbau. Wohnviertel in dem die Unterkunft liegt ist sehr runtergekommen. Habe noch nie soviel Graffiti in einen Wohnviertel gesehen. Dafür kann der Vermieter nix, ist aber halt Teil des Gesamteindrucks. Parken auf der Strasse. Muss man halt Glück haben, mit Parkscheibe morgens. Bilder sind jetzt Ausserhalb. Wohnviertel hat grundsätzlich Potenzial, aber müsste sich sehr viel tun. Fazit: Eine Erfahrung. Preis/Leistung haben für mich nicht gestimmt. Nächstes Mal wo anders.
