The staff were brilliant, kind, polite and helpful. The beds were very hard and the bathrooms need upgrading as well as the air conditioning. We upgraded to a deluxe room and found it strange that the tv was in front of the beds and not in the seating area. There were not enough plug sockets either. They also need to stop the chinese visitors from smoking in their rooms as this came through our air conditioning unit which was annoying as we don't smoke and it is supposed to be a no smoking hotel.

The location was very convenient, right outside an MRT stop and only 15 minutes walk from the main attractions. The bed was somewhat hard and the walls paper-thin, meaning traffic from outside and conversations inside could be heard.

Staff were all very friendly and spoke very good English. We felt our stay was very good value for money and the hotel was lovely. Within walking distance of Grand Palace, Wat Pho etc. which saved money on taxi’s! Not too far from various markets e.g. Kao San Road

Lovely staff. 20 min walk from main spots!

Staff were fantastic, informative and helpful. The location isn’t a good 20 min walk from the main spots, in the heat it can be tricky. Can’t complain about anything else. Be careful with the tuk tuk drivers in the centre, sounds like they are offering you a good deal but take you round agencies and random places!

Disappointed!

If you have a car and want to stay at this hotel. I recommend you to avoid it. Their parking spaces are limited. All cars parking there need to leave the keys to the staffs as you have to double parking. This hotel is quite worn. The mattress is not comfortable. At the same price, you can find better one.

Good hotel but avoid sellers in the lobby

The hotel itself is good. The staff are really helpful. There is no air con in the lift and very limited in corridors. Room was a bit worn but clean and quite modern. There is no safe in the room. The food made the hotel. As it was a bit out of the way to walk anywhere we ate in the hotel mostly. The food was amazing. Quite reasonable too. We were often the only ones in. Think it might be too pricey for the locals as it's about 3-4 times the cost of street food. We had chicken noodle soup which was the best meal. Only 140B. Which is about £3.50.we had a room which faced the car park so the view was poor. Just avoid people in the lobby trying to sell tourists trips like 3 hours on a floating market. Also, don't ask for directions as everything is apparently "go to second traffic lights and turn left" there is nothing down there. Use the Wi-Fi to check Google maps. Wi-Fi is a bit slow and temperamental to connect.

No complimentary tea/coffee. Limited breakfast choices for vegetarian (just one type of fruit, no yogurt /vegetables. No view. Not worth the money.

Can't say its rubbish but can't say wow either.

The service isn't great here but I can see the hotel is working towards improving this which is good news. One lady at the front desk who speaks good english is always nice and helpful so well done to her. The hotel itself is average, the location isn't great but in Bangkok you will need an uber to get anywhere decent anyway. Overall I would say the hotel is good value for money. You can expect a clean room and a good nights sleep but nothing beyond that.

Perfect little Thai getaway

Very nice receptionists organising everything for us. Had a few odd demands with two families from other sides of the world meeting up meaning different arrival times etc etc. Constant help throughout the last few days

Bangkok at New Year

Stayed for 3 nights over new year, good location, near to Grand Palace and plenty of sights, close to Chinatown which is a great place to eat and very good value at street stalls(around £1.50pp for meal and drink). Hotel very nice and good facilities, staff very helpful and tourist guide well worth a chat with. only down side was the bed wasn't very comfortable. no other issues.

Clean but basic

It wasn't as it was in the website, I'm not sure where those photos were taken but it wasn't there, I didn't feel safe even after double locking the door, one of the receptionist was lovely and she was the only good thing about the hotel.

Hotel is in a good location but because of this it was very noisy with general street traffic. Room was very spacious and well equipped but the beds were very hard, however, we have learnt this seems to be how a lot of the beds are in South East Asia.
