Great apartments with a short walk to the old city

Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc.

Disappointing

Apartment spacious. Very hot. No air-conditioning. Clean but at first glance. Floors not so clean. Dust on top of fridge etc. Chair fabric badly worn and coming apart. Set up confusing as one lift then a corridor to another lift. Garage convenient €15/night. Staff very friendly. Short walk to old town down a ateep hill.

Clean & comfortable apartments, good location

Clean and comfortable apartment accommodation (my apartment matched the photos show) just a few minutes walk from the Casco Viejo old town area and 15-20 minutes walk from central Bilbao. The receptionist was friendly and no problems were encountered during my 3 night stay. Air conditioning (or some sort of fans!) would have been nice as the temperature hit the mid 40s during a heatwave. Walking to the apartments involves a short uphill walk but if you don't fancy this catch the Bilbobus 77 or 40 from stops in the city centre and around the old town (0.66€ when using a Barik travel card). Would happily stay here again.

Good place with a couple of niggles

Helpful staff and clean. The double bed was really uncomfortable and had old springs which creaked with every move. The toilet didn’t flush with the press button so we just took the lid off. We didn’t have spare time to get this fixed.

Arrived after 9pm and was told the security guard would meet us and give us the keys . No instruction on how to get into the property and nobody there , had to go looking for him . When we finally got the keys the key to the main building did not work . The bed settee in the front room dipped think the springs had gone in it . Think it needs updating.

Good location easy to get to main sights. Better than hotel for young family. Apartment was well equipped but the beds were uncomfortable. Staff were helpful but could be more friendly.

Good location clean and spacious

Very clean and spacious apartment 10mins walk from the atmospheric old town. Ideal for the family apart from the lack of air conditioning although this was not a major problem. Staff were OK but a little brusque but that could have been the language barrier.

A home away from home

Shower in apartment 108 needs fixing but comfort wise just like a home away from home. Has all the stuff needed like washing machine stove/oven, fridge, microwave etc. Only thing missing was a kettle but almost perfect. Lots of buses to head downtown but walkable which is what we did. Do note it is uphill on the way back but great exercise :)

Good location but very noisy

We had a lot of trouble finding the apartment! When we finally arrived the Apartment was very clean and well located however it was on a busy road and there was a lot of building work around. There was no air con so we had to have the windows open which meant we got no sleep because of the noise. It was an ideal stopover for 2 nights and a convenient walk to the old town and the Guggenheim.
