Chambre très confortable, au calme, donnant sur le jardin à l'arrière. Attention, la chambre est vendue avec sèche-cheveux, mais rien dans la chambre. J'ai demandé à l'accueil, on m'a répondu qu'il avait dû être arraché et que je ne pouvais pas en avoir, point barre ! Réponse séche sans alternative... Attention aussi au parking payant (10 € / nuit), places gratuites dans la rue.

La chambre était dite disponible dès 15h. Quand nous sommes arrivés avec nos bagages un peu après 15h, le ménage de celle-ci n'avait même pas était commencé alors qu'elle était inscrite comme prête à la réception. Il nous a fallu repartir avec nos bagages et notre fille de 3 ans en attendant que la chambre soit préparée car l'établissement était complet. Aucun geste commercial n'a été proposé , dommage...

Habituée et fidèle de cet établissement proche de mes RDV en banlieue Sud-Ouest, tout le staff est très à l'écoute, toujours bienveillant et souriant, environnement très calme d'une petite ville, ambiance presque de village et pourtant Paris est à moins d'une heure en taxi.

Un étranger c'est introduit dans notre chambre une carte lui avait été fourni par le réceptionniste,un sac a disparue, puis il nous on changer 3 fois de chambres car de nombreuses chambres on était forcé et le dispositif de verrouillage ne fonctionne plus , honteux de plus il y as de grosses fissures structurel du bâtiment , établissement dangereux photo disponible si besoin.
