Relaxing winter weekend

Check-in was friendly and fast. Room was clean with a comfy bed & pillows. Enjoyed a very warm pool - perfect for the cooler winter temps. Walkable to downtown shops & restaurants. Some nighttime noise from helicopters (medical center across the street) woke up my partner.

The apartment was extremely well equipped so we were able to cook meals and save lots of money. The pools were small but lovely and perfect for the number of guests. Staff were friendly and helpful. Within walking distance of centre.

Excellent stay in the heat of the Summer!

Such a little gem of a hotel, the architecture is beautiful and we liked the vibe of the hotel. The studio room was great with a week equipped kitchen, and the addition of the grills outside for anyone’s use was fantastic. Pool & spa pools where a welcome relief from the heat of the desert, would highly recommend! Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble!

A lovely place to stay in Palm Springs

We stayed here for 8 nights in May in a deluxe king room. It was very clean, had a huge comfortable bed, a kitchen, bathroom with shower and walk in wardrobe. All of the outside areas were lovely and clean, plenty of sunbeds, bbq areas, a pool and jacuzzis. All of the staff that we met were friendly and said hello when passing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend 7 Springs Inn and Suites.

Noisy neighbours . Hotel was sold out son couldn’t move just but advised noisy people were checking out . This didn’t take away the fact we have so sleep from 1:30 am till 9am due to neighbours notice and other activities . On last night group of people at jacuzzi from 1am till 5:30 am notice and shouting and music . Complained and advised as booked via ebookers they would have to refund

The positives: great pool area, free parking and cleaning standards around the main hotel are excellent. Found the staff to be friendly. Size of the room is really good. We are 2 international visitors with large suitcases. Plenty of floor space. Bed very comfortable and we slept well. Negatives - been said before but for the size of the room there was very little useful bedroom furniture for clothing. My suitcase full of clothes remained on the floor for the 3 days. Yes there is a walk in closet with a small amount of hangers but not enough. There is ample floor space for a couple of sets of drawers in the room. Why the hotel chooses not to provide basics such as storage space I do not know. Onto the bathroom - Zero space for toiletries. One rail for a small towel and one hook to hang wet towels. That’s all. Great for one person but not so if you want to dry for two people plus pool towels. No excuse really when they could so easily put shelves up and add extra towel hooks. No mirror above the bedroom table so if you’re a lady wanting to do make up, you need to take it in the bathroom and use the mirror above the sink. Shower was reasonably clean but shower head was in need of a good descale as water was struggling to come out due to limescale build up.

A good independent hotel In a great location with very friendly staff. I was upgraded to a room with ensuite kitchen. I didn’t use it but it would have been fantastic for a longer stay

7 springs is a lovely oasis within an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs so you can enjoy all the great restaurants and stores plus on a Thursday night the market ( which is a must see) a great neighbourhood event every week with some great food and art vendors The hotel itself has been refreshed again since I hasn’t stayed and is hard to beat for value and location Well kept rooms with a great pool and seating areas to enjoy the weather and evenings by a fire pit

The pools and hot tub were excellent unfortunately there were quite a few people smoking around them and even drinking from glass bottles in one of the pools. Staff aware of this but did nothing. Nice big room with fridge and micro. Comfy bed, very clean. Would have liked a chest of draws so we could have unpacked. Advertised as non-smoking hotel but this wasn't the case, a deal-breaker for us.

Already planning next years visit!

We love the 7 Springs Inn & Suites and have already looked at the rooms that we are going to choose from next year... We always book a room with a kitchen facility as we like to live like a local on a couple of nights and cook & eat in. The outdoor space does it for us! While some of the nearby properties also have equivalent facilities, they are concrete and lack the green space that the 7 Springs has :) It is one of the few places we have stayed that we are happy to have a couple of pool days as it feels like it could be your own back garden!

There was nothing I didn't like about this property the rooms were a nice size and clean and comfortable and the grounds were well maintained. I was happy with my stay and would use this property again if i return to Palm Springs in the future.

Booked the hotel having stayed there previously and even asked for the same room, 121. It had been refurbished recently and externally was very good with absolutely no complaints. Internally the room had two beds although we only needed one but lacked other facilities. One table, two kitchen style chairs and a bedside cabinet along with a cupboard acting as a wardrobe. No drawers to keep clothes in and worst of all the bathroom had nowhere to place toiletries other than the toilet cistern. We actually paid extra to upgrade to this room and regretted it, oh and by the way the aircon was so noisy we had to turn it off to sleep

Good hotel with nice heated pools. As there is no breakfast at hotel, there is a good café round the corner called Johns. Friendly staff.

Good place to stay apart from the smell in room

Nice pool and grounds. Shower was very poor and we had a very bad smell of swags in our room on several occasions. Well located and the staff were nice.
