My husband and I enjoyed everything about this property and the location is perfect. I’m a city girl from NY who now lives in the suburbs of GA so this was the best experience for me because I was able to park my vehicle and walk everywhere with no problem. We enjoyed eating in the park, loving each other at the river walk, winning at the casino, grubbing at the amazing restaurants and of course spending time grooving at Motown. Trust me the next time we are in Detroit we will definitely be staying at Cadillac Square via Kasa!

Huge room with an amazing view. Great location for events at the Renaissance. A couple of homeless people are hanging out around the 7-eleven downstairs, but other than that, everything was perfect.

The unit is very nice and spacious and close to many locations in downtown. The main problem is that it is very noisy, the windows do not stop the noise. The owners are very nice and provide a noise machine and earplugs, but still even watching TV was hard to hear when a lot of cars are in the street over the weekend.

The property check in was convenient, the locked building was great for safety. The location was great. The security guard was a nice feature. The 7-11 next to the building had people loitering in and out of the store (the same people). It was a little disconcerting for a female who was alone, however no one bothered me; I was just unfamiliar with the area. The building was quiet all night and I had a nice view. Overall it was a good stay.

This property was exactly what we were looking for! The location made walking to multiple attractions easy and quick. We felt safe when entering and exiting the building and didn't find noise an issue in our 10th floor room. Great down town location but, if your not from around here and don’t have a vehicle it makes it tough. The ceiling walls are thin so you hear everything going on above you. The bed is comfortable and it’s nice having a furnished kitchen. Would stay again if I needed to.
