No one is answering calls on duty phone.

No one is picking the front desk phone or the duty phone outside "strange" business hours. Which makes it impossible for guests arriving late to access any hotel premises. This was my case and I had to spend the first night in another hotel which caused additional spending.

Overall okay. Very nice area around it and close to the bus station. A few steps from bus that takes directly to the center. Disappointed by the cleanliness. The amount of dust gave us allergies and the bathroom seemed uncleaned as well as the kitchenette with cooking marks all over

Overall the stay was pleasant.the only draw back was the inability to reduce the air conditiong in the room, which was set at an incredible 27.0C. Had to leave the window open!

Given a room overlooking a main thoroughfare. The thermostat on the wall was there for looks only as it did nothing to change the temperature. So, I had to either have a hot room or a noisy room. Desk staff had limited English skills. Exercise room needs a good cleaning.

When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different. If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

C’est notre endroit préféré avec mon mari et nos enfants. Permet d’avoir tous les services de manière autonome : parking, laverie, salle de sport, hammam, piscine, centre ville… Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel est au top : les dames qui nettoient sont souriantes et disponibles ; Les dames à la réception sont réactives et efficaces. La responsable est à l’écoute et disponible. Le technicien est efficace et très discret : zéro bruit. Bravo la team

Bonjour Pour un hotel 4 étoiles j'ai le regret que nous avons déja trouvé beaucoup mieux. Pas papier toilette pendant 2 jours malgrés notre réclamation á l'accueil. Moquette pas aspiré "Morceaux de moquette éffiloché". Lit pas refait, serviettes pas changés. Pas d'accueil de bienvenue dans la chambre pour un soi disant un 4 étoiles. Mauvaise connection des chaines télévisé. Un petit déjeuné pour 16 euros qui n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur. Impossible d'avoir une de parking de l'hotel. Concernant toujours des réponses évasives. Aucun geste commercial fait à notre départ. Très très déçu, car nous comptions y revenir. Cordialement.

Appart'hôtel confortable. Vaste chambre et salle de bain fonctionnelles et en parfait état. Bonne insonorisation, balcon agréable pour le soir. L'établissement dispose d'une piscine intérieur et d'un hamam, trés bien pour se détendre en fin de journée. Petit déjeuner en buffet, trés complet. Le seul bémol, la chambre ne dispose pas de climatisation. Lors du séjour la température était correcte mais durant les (trés) beau jours mieux vaut baisser le store.

Chambre très sale (photos à l'appui). Ce n'est pas un hôtel de luxe mais la propreté est à revoir. La moquette pas aspirée, les ustensiles de cuisine à récurer si on veut les utiliser et j'ai aussi retrouvé le lave vaisselle rempli d'assiettes sales des précédents locataires. Comment peut-on ne pas s'en rendre compte quand on fait la chambre ? Bref, je n'y retournerai pas.
