I was left waiting for the keys to be handed in as they were not available when I got there. Had to call them and was charged an international call cost. This is the last think you need when you arrive to destination at 23.30. Luckily we had family staying in the same building so the kids could rest there while waiting for the keys to arrive. The following day we had agreed to have the second set of keys delivered by 10 am as my husband and I were going separate ways for the day and we did it want to wait for each other To access the appartement. They keys were delivered at 12 pm. We were already out by that time and as you can imagine our plans had to be changed. Not sure what went wrong with them but I hope this is an isolated incident. I would like to be compensated for this ordeal and to be offered a refund of some sort which will also cover the cost of my call to them as this could have been avoided had they done their job in the first place Looking forward to their reply Regards Malika

We stayed in the Superior Apartment. It was a great location - very walkable to restaurants and shops, and easy to get to public transportation. The apartment was very spacious. We loved that there were 2 full bathrooms. Communication with host was great as well. The 2 issues we had were there were ants everywhere. We noticed it when we first entered (they were all gathered around some crumbs that weren't swept up). Throughout our stay, we dealt with much more ants. The second issue with the bathrooms had poor ventilation. There was definitely mold around the showers. Hopefully these things can be taken care of as the rest of our experience was great.

"I had a wonderful stay at the apartment! Marc and Juan were fantastic hosts, always quick to respond to my messages. They provided clear and easy-to-follow instructions, making the check-in process a breeze. Cons: They need to put shower caddy’s in the shower. It is very annoying having to keep your products on the shower floor. The shower in the main hall doesn’t work as the shower head falls out of the shower holder. No conditioner was provided, only shampoo and body wash. We were only given 4 towels for 4 guests for 3 days, a few more would have been helpful Especially with a pool you have to use the same towel for the shower and the pool. It would have been nice to have coffee included. The beds are extremely uncomfortable and hard as a rock. It felt like sleeping on the floor. You must have the pool fixed as my daughter’s foot was sliced. The walls are very thin and we could hear everything from babies crying to doors slamming all night. Pros: kids loved the pool. Location was great. Clean unit. Overall I would not come back as this was the stay with the worst amenities over our 17 day stay in Europe for the price we paid. Our flight came in 2 hours early and we were told we could store our bags until our unit was ready but they failed to mention the office where we could store our bags would be 15-20 min taxi ride from our unit which isn’t convenient or helpful. They also wouldn’t allow us to sit by the pool until our room was ready instead we had to pay 100 euro to get our unit 2 hours early.

Great place to stay in Barcelona. Great location. Check in was easy. They checked up on us frequently through WhatsApp to see if we needed anything. They recommended restaurants and also arrange for transportation upon check out.

The apartment's location was spot-on, right in the heart of the action. It was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The host was super communicative and helpful, giving us great tips for exploring the city. Booking through Expedia was easy too. Highly recommend for a great Barcelona stay!

A nice apartment at a good location

We stayed here, a family of four, on a combined business (me) and holiday (family) trip. THe apratment was really nice and located 1 minute from the Gracia station, which was perfect for both business adn holday commuting. Good service/information via Whatsapp and we would be happy to revisit.
