Excellent service throughout the 9 nights stay. Great location to see the major attractions. Room had thoughtful design for charging your devices. The bed comfortable and larger than expected. Room size and facilities were great - kitchenette a real bonus. Location could not be better. The hotel offered a quiet space in a busy part of London. Easy access to Charing Cross and Embankment stations. Will certainly use it again.

Extremely good location. Excellent front desk service. Nice to have complimentary coffee and tea all day. Good studio size with all necessary kitchen implements. However needs refurbishing and cleanliness must improve.

Although the location is great, the door to our room was defective & our air conditioning barely cooled the room. The staff offered little support to these issues. There was also some confusion on the room size, which did not match up well with the photos. This was my second stay here & I’m not sure I would pick this one next time.

The family room was exactly as pictured on the website, practical with a very quirky toilet but overall very good. The area was the best part because you could walk to many sights and very easy to take the underground. We walked to trafalgar, soho, covent garden, China town and over the bridge to the London eye, Big Ben and Churchill War Rooms and st James park. The location was superb! We would definitely stay again!
