Great stay

Very cool looking hotel, lovely rooms (if a little small). Nice touch to have coffee and sake available all day. Staff are efficient. Location is pretty great. Really nice stay.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. The room was perfectly clean and very modern and comfy. There were so many lovely bathroom amenities which were replenished everyday. The bath and shower were both great. There were free drinks and snacks available in the hotel everyday which were a lovely touch. The staff were so helpful and polite.

Property was lovely the room and the bath was fabulous and locations was amazing. The only thing I didn’t like is that the cleaning staff forgot the garbage bag on my open suitcase so on my clothes which was quite disgusting.

Two night family stop over on route to Hiroshima from Tokyo. We all loved the hotel and area. Very easy to walk to local tube station and into main shopping areas. Comms and hotel quality were great, would return. If we ever come back *****.

お風呂(木枠)に髪の毛やテッシュに破片が浮いていた。エレベーター内部及び1F近くはタバコ臭く、はじめに部屋に入った時もタバコ臭かった。電気ポットについては、蓋はあるものの構造上ちょっとでも傾くと沸騰したお湯が口から出てくる構造になっており、安全面に不安が残る形でした 2回止まったのですが、1Fには除湿機とお風呂場に椅子、掛け湯にための桶がありましたが、3Fにはどれもいいておりませんでした

正直、自分が思っていたお部屋とは違っていたのですが、有効にスペースを使わせて頂きました。 ホテルの方達の対応も優しく、足の悪い母と押し車で入店したのですが、親切に対応して下さいました。 母もとても喜んでいて、また来たいと言ってくれていました。 日本酒やソフトドリンクが飲み放題でいろんな種類のお酒も楽しめて、外から買ってきたお惣菜でゆっくり楽しく過ごせました。 今度は、アップグレードしたお部屋に泊まりたいです。 お世話になりました。 有難うございました。
