Incredible location, great service. Micheal , Mohamed, Saqib and the front desk team are courteous, understanding, and a credit to the establishment. 5/5. The front desk team puts the guest first and were very helpful on numerous occasions, chose to cancel a stay elsewhere and extend here.

Beautiful location and close to metro. The apartments needs more cleaning as sofas are all stained, plugs broken and lighting very poor as theres economy light and only one side lamp. Needed to ask for iron, hairdryer as it wasn’t in the room.

Very clean apartment within a modern sky rise. It has all amenities and kitchen essentials for a great stay and holiday. Close to the metro for travelling. Would highly recommend staying at Nassima apartments.

best stay by far

we arrived early and we were greeted by a porter (parvais) who looked after us. As it was nye he ensured the room was available quickly and was very warm and hospitable towards us. The room was big and spacious

Best hotel i would definetly come again for sure, rooms were very spacious and were reaaaally clean. staff were so nice always smiling, very responsive room service was very quick everything was just perfect! They gave us the highest floor which we had requested. They cleaned our room everyday, provided us with bottled water everytime.Overall very satisfied i recommend this hotel to everyone!

Best Hotel Apartment for Family

Booked upon reviews with no regrets. My kids loved it there. So spacious with nice sea and city view. I booked online from the uk. Will definitely recommend and book again. Note glossary stores and restaurants just two min walk from the hotel. Staffs are amazing and nice they offered for free a more luxurious room on arrival just to mark my hubbys bday because we arrived on his birthday.

Very Good hotel overall.

The apartment were very large and clean. Some of the furniture were starting to get old but nothing dramatic. The hotel is very nicely located for food, drink and walking distance from world trade centre.

Beware of this hotel!!!!!!

I have stayed in more than 40 hotels in the past 10 years. This was the worst!!!! There is no 1 good thing about this hotel to tell. The checkin took 2:30 hrs, the apartment was dirty, the bed and the toiletts are stinky even the house keeping was so rude.
