Our stay was amazing from start to finish. The staff were friendly and very helpful throughout. So happy to help with anything needed. The room was beautiful and very clean and very comfortable. I couldn’t fault one thing and I would definitely recommend and stay again in the very near future l.

Great location for Disney. Walkable and bus from just beside property. Short walk to shopping mall and food court. Great little apartment with great kitchen, shower room and separate toilet. Perfect for short stay for four for Disney. Good buffet breakfast. Great value as Disney hotels getting very expensive.

Some things need to improve...

Adagio hotel is perfect for Disney stay. 12 min walk to the security gate. Beds are comfy, parking is available and staff is friendly (shout out to Monica on her night shift). Some things unfortunately are bringing this hotel down. There is a lot of wear and tear. Stained carpets, mould on the grout/tiles in the bathroom, peeling ceiling, scratched walls and water staines. There seems to be a lot of improvements happening in the lobby so maybe rooms will be upgraded soon as well. Disney shuttle bus tip - winter schedule is very reduced. Morning shuttles depart from the bus stop on the opposite side to the hotel and run in circle. Afternoon buses run from the bus stop outside the hotel. Don't take 2231 bus as it's not free- it's local bus and it requires a fare. Parking - be aware there's a 15euro charge per night similar to other properties in the area.

We stayed here monday the 17th of feb till 21st of feb 2025. When we checked in there was building work going on which was not communicated from the hotel or expedia which was disgusting has it made the hotel not very tidy etc.the staff at the reception was very rude to us beeing very sharp with us that we needed to pay city tax and car parking now. She said the room was ready but the manager interrupted and sad no the rooms are not ready at the moment. When the rooms was ready they was decent but noticed that they dont like dusting the surface or cleaning the floor. Bed was comfy the duvet was thick and warm. Toileta are clean and tidy with some hand gel etc. The kichen area was decent but had a dishwasher which didnt work and the sink was blocked.went to reception the staff was rude and said there nothing they could do which was disappointing how they treat the customers. We picked this hotel has how close it was for disney which is great. Transport to and from disneyland was out side the hotel which is excellent. Check out was quick but the receptionist didnt say that the room card is needed to get the car out the car park at the end of the stay. Over all the experience was disappointing but this is what you get for a 3* hotel.

It’s abit of a mixed review on this on this one but at the end of the day we did like our stay. It seems the hotel/apartment is going through renovation at the moment, something which was not communicated through us via email when we contacted the property about parking aswell. No communication about where to park as well so we got confused about that too and on the day we left, we scanned the parking card inside to leave but the shutter didn’t even go up! So we had to trial someone in front to get out. Only one hotel room key was given in stead of two. This was abit of a problem as we have a baby we needed to put down to sleep so my wife was in darkness whilst I had to go get stuff for the baby. She can’t leave our baby unattended to collect me from reception. Overall we did enjoy the area around us and easy walk to Disney Land! Which is why we booked our stay. Just better communication with the staff and areas mentioned need to be improved as stated above.

Great location but wouldn’t stay again

Location for Disneyland was really good but that’s about as good as it gets. When we arrived at reception we had to wait 35 minutes to check in, there is a LOT of building work currently being done in the reception area so waiting 35 minutes with drilling and hammering behind us wasn’t very pleasant. When we were checking in we could barely hear the receptionist due to the banging. No information was given about the free shuttle to Disneyland and we couldn’t work it out for ourselves at all, we did wait at what we thought could be the bus stop but nothing ever came so we hand to spend 15 euros on a 3 minute taxi ride there and back each time. The room itself was nice (room 12) we had 2 single beds and a pull out sofa bed. The sofa bed was broken it was almost broke in the middle so the mattress wasn’t level at all. One of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve ever slept in to be honest but I was just glad that we were far enough away from the builders and didn’t have to listen to banging.

The size of the apartment was great and the layout perfect but there were lots of little things that made the room feel unfinished.. scrapes and chips out of the bathtub, clunky extractor fan making strange noises all night, pillow with stains on. The lobby was also being renovated which is great for future visitors but made the place feel even less special. We were lucky enough to have a nighta stay here as a gift and its a shame it was below our expectations.

Poor communication & hazards.

Room on 2nd floor where renovation work was going to start 2 days later. No communication about this. We had a pram and suitcase we were told to get lift to 1st floor and go walk Up all the stairs to 2nd floor and vice Versa. We had to walk through lights hanging down from ceiling, power tools laying everywhere. The builders tried to help move stuff to allow pram through however hotel staff not bothered. Also the power tools next door started at 8:30 and made for a noisy morning. Also the toilet did not have a hand basin inside. You had to walk through eating area, bedroom to get to shower room to wash hand. There was room in toilet room to put a hand basin in there.

Aparthotel was clean and quiet. We enjoyed the area too with a great shopping centre, and links to Disneyland and the city centre. As noted by others the hallways are in need of renovation due to peeling wallpaper, but we did see workman starting to deal with this while we were there. Overall we were very happy with the room, and the staff were kind and friendly. For a low budget, safe, quiet and convenient hotel in the Paris suburbs with good links to Disney and rail links to the city centre, look no further than this property.

We didn’t have any housekeeping while we were there which was a bit of a pain as could have done with bins emptying etc. good location with a nice bakery down the road and Val d’europe shopping centre food court close by.
