Service from staff is excellent, breakfast also excellent. Windows dirty. Room design horrendously dull. Design appears to be aimed at lower middle managers from Cleveland, Ohio in the 1980s. Room renovations desperately needed.

Super comfortable hotel

A very good hotel. Typical Sheraton with Big rooms super comfortable bed soft feather pillows and a first class bathroom. All the amenities you could want. The pool and Sauna so welcome after a days exploring. The staff were friendly and well trained. Restaurant also to a very high standard. Everything as you would expect from Sheraton

Super Hotel

Typical Sheraton with all the quality that the name implies. Good rooms, comfortable bed with great facilities and with excellent service. A nice pool and sauna which was great after a days sightseeing. The restaurant food was exceptional although a tad pricey. Overall an excellent stay in a lovely city,

Great location, very pleasant stay

Perfect location near the beaches and Rambla of Punta Carretas with great restaurants a short walk, shopping and cinemas in the same complex. And the best cocktail bartender!

Montevideo Hotel

The Montevideo Sheraton is an excellent hotel in a great position adjacent to a shopping mall and close to some very nice restaurants. The Club lounge fro breakfast offers terrific views and I would recommend it as somewhere to stay in the city.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable hotel, excellent fresh fruit for breakfast, next door to large shopping centre and supermarket, 2 minutes walk from rambla which stretches for miles in both directions. Only negative comment - you are given a password for secure wifi but it's impossible to connect.

Lounge Service makes sense

To be a Sheraton hotel, it is on low level, but probably after Sofietel, the best. Sofietel is only too far away from center and business

Comfortable hotel, very good breakfast

When we checked in we were informed that we had to pay the room rate as well despite the fact that we had fully paid for this at booking, not a good start and we were concerned. Later resolved but the problem was the company we made the booking through Rooms very good and clean, gym on the top floor excellent. Breakfast perfect and until 11am.

Well located business hotel along the strip of major hotels , ocean views from lots of rooms , small but acceptable pool with pool side bar Friendly helpful staff Good facilities but don't go there for a beach holiday

Estava tudo Ok , mas acho que falharam em relação a prevenção do Coronavírus..... no dia anterior estávamos no Enjoy Conrad , e o café da manhã foi servido na mesa .... eliminaram o buffe Me senti muito vulnerável tocando nos pegadores que toda tripulação da Ibéria usou .... deviam ter tomado atitudes mais drásticas.....

O hotel está muito velho e as manutenções e atualizações não estão sendo investidas. Café da manhã padrão sem nenhum diferencial. A localização é a única coisa positiva que destaco neste hotel.

Too expensive for the service the hotel provides. Besides we (my wife and I) went with a little pet, 4 lbs, and the hotel charged 150 dollars for ¿? Our pet couldn´t walk leashed around the hotel. Out of the room the pet had to be in a cage. Can you explain us, which is the reason for the $150. We are not satisfied at all. Next time we´ll look for another real pet friendly facility.
