Location and amenities of this apartment was excellent and couldn't be better for the price. On top of this, this apartment is very spacious and best fitted for the family trip.

It was pretty confusing to figure out how to enter apartment. There is a lot of smoke that seems to get in apartment- people smoking outside and potentially in the building. Since there is no front desk it is not easy to get questions answered or get more towels or toilet paper.

Convenient location to bus stops and superior room conditions. Very easy check-in and check-out procedures. Additionally, they gave us a Lucerne city card for free local transportation and WiFi during our stay.
