Excellent location only 15min from the historical district. The apartment was very clean and functional and they were able to provide parking (€16 day, but worth it). Overall great accommodation and reasonable price.

Brilliant place to stay in Seville. Clean and safe. With a small kitchen we could prepare vegetarian meals easily and cheaply using local produce. Cleaning staff and reception were very good.

Well maintained property and close to key tourist attractions. Parking is available for a additional fee (16 Euros per day I think); however it might be tricky to park. Had some issues with exiting the parking which wasnt straightforward at the time.

We really enjoyed the location near local shops, markets and restaurants in Triana district. Can strongly recommend it. Reception was also super friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience.

There was nothing in particular to dislike, the stay was pretty average. There is a receptionist at the front and the room was pretty spacious. The check in was in person and it was also not in great walking distance of the touristy stuff, as it is across the river. Since I went in august, there was not many people or nightlife but across the river there was definitely more people and things to do.

Advertised as being able to accomodate 6 people but that is untrue and may at best accomodate a max of 4 people. Staff was very unhelpful and seemed to not want to be bothered. Property would benefit from having a compilation of nearby attractions or even just be able to show the many restaurant options in the nearby vicinity. I will NOT revisit this peoperty.

Great stay

It was wonderful, the staff was helpful even they don’t accept our request regarding a late checkout, but I recommend this stay, a great street near to all for visiting Sevilla.

Very convenient, from the parking (wish we could reserve ahead of time), to the amenities in the apartment. Very convenient to the main attractions in Sevilla. It was a bit noisy (could hear neighbors talking loudly and kids screaming, furniture being dragged around). But overall was a great stay.

Decent location within 15 to 20 minutes walk to touristique area, overall good condition, the only thing is that the apartment had two single beds next to each other , I was hoping a queen size bed more convenient for a couple.
