Fantastic hotel, close to Monas and Gambir train station which was very convenient for us. All staff where very nice, I mention Bella, Dandi & Ravel at front of house. But everyone is very professional and friendly. Top notch restaurant and facilities.

Still a good stay as it’s fairly new. But condition more worn than its actual age. Faulty rain shower splashes in ALL (horizontally as well) directions. Slight stains on walls. Staff were polite but superficial and unwilling to go beyond extra mile (loaning an extra umbrella beyond the one in the room).

Good for families

Apartments are modern and comfortable. Hotel has a very small kids play area more suited for babies and toddlers with little to amuse them other than a few toys and soft furnishings, that said it is conveniently located next to the pool and spa area. Apartments include a washer/dryer for convenience but it is located in the second bathroom. Gym looked well equipped. Note - Hotel has no bar but there is a restaurant and breakfast buffet is ok

Property was older than advertised, hotel room was poorly cleaned and lights in the room were pretty dim. Found old cigarette buds in the corner of the drawers, induction cooking stove were not cooking as well. Had to call the service desk for water 3 times!! before it came.
