We had a great stay!! Thank you for the spacious 2-bedroom and 2- bathroom unit with washer dryer and full appliances in the kitchen. It feels like home and we had a great sleep after sightseeing around Miami. It was quiet at night and a safe area. We definitely recommended!

Great place to stay if not over parking gate

Apartment was spacious and very accommodating, with 3 bedrooms. The parking garage was right below us, room 200, so every night we were woken up every time a car came in and out with the parking gate going up and down. Very noisy between 3a-4a. Great location. We would stay again if in another room.

The apartment wasn´t clean, dirty floors and windows, stains on bed sheets. The kitchen wasn´t equipped for 6 guests (We paid for these persons). Very bad customer service, they don´t respond!

All is fine but the “Noise”

Firstly, the place looked quite clean & neat that we were hapopy about. The communication was excellent! Furnitures were fine and it was quite wide for a 1 bdr place. However, there is a huge noise problem of the refregirator that we needed to turn it off at nights in order to be able to sleep. We stayed 8 days and I wish we asked for a place change right at the beginning, as we arrived internationally we were so tired and didn’t ask. In the beginning, it works silently but then it gets extremely loud which made it unbearable for us. Also, there was an engine noise above the bedroom (predictably) running 24/7, even though our AC was off. That added up to the noise problem. Overall, location was fine, laundry worked great.

Não é uma acomodação para mais de 5 pessoas!

O lugar é meio esquisito (fora de rota!), embora próximo a mercado e um mall com lojas. As instalações são novas, mas falta de tudo em cada apartamento. Atenção famílias, essa acomodação não comporta mais do que 5 pessoas! se você tiver um grupo maior, procure outra acomodação! eles colocam como se tivessem apartamentos maiores, com vários quartos, e quando você chega, sua família vai ficar dividida em vários apartamentos. Os apartamentos são novos, o chuveiro é bom, a cama razoável, mas as janelas são transparentes de dia e de noite! a noite as luminárias da cidade iluminam o quarto, de dia o sol nasce dentro do quarto bem cedo... Praticamente não tem cortinas, porque ela não bloqueia quase nada da luz externa. Esqueça a piscina, é algo ridículo!
