Great central bukit bintang location! Walking distance to pavilion, great for solo female traveling! Jalan alor hawker stalls close by as well! Room service was prompt too

Bathroom and Toilet at our room was stinking, we complained m they did not send anyone on the first day and second day someone came and said cleaned the drainhole. Fraser is a good brand but cleanliness and maintenance is very poor.

Great find. We had a lovely few days here en route to Australia. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Also it was reasonable for a city hotel.

A Place to Stay

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thought we had free breakfast, but had to pay one morning and not the next. Weird that check in was on the fortieth floor, but a lovely place.

Property is very well kept and in order. Concierge guy was especially nice as he remembers me during my stay at another hotel. Front Office Manager was nice and spoke to me during my my check out. Recommended also for family stay.

I had the Premier Studio, which was well designed and felt a lot more like a studio than a hotel room. Slightly unusual reception location on the 40th floor but otherwise a very nice hotel with an infinity pool.

Everything was fantastic, from its location to the cleanliness, the design and comfort etc. The only downside is the longthy time to wait for check-in. We had to wait for almost 30min for our turn to check-in despite a non-peak period at 7pm.

Fully Automated carpark may sound futuristic but is quite inconvenient especially if you have to collect your car in the rain. Breakfast is so so.... More a hotel then service apartment...layout if room wise.

I had an early check in and complementary late check-out. That was lovely. Everything was excellent. Staff are lovely & friendly. I just wish they have an egg station for breakfast but it alright. Breakfast spread is more than enough. Outside and around the property there is no nearby convenience stores. But walk to pavilion & bukit bintang is abt 5mins. Overall, a rested stay & wonderful experience! Keep up the excellent work capri.

Hotel is about 5 to 7 mins walk to the shopping area / train station. Hotel facilities was good and room was comfortable. Only issue is that there was a foul sewage / urine smell coming out of the toilet bowl every day during our 4 days 3 nights stay. Housekeeping staff came up to spray some stuff but smell came back again the next day. Will not come back again because of this issue. Otherwise, hotel and service is good
