Solo world traveler!!!

Excellent stay and staff, rooms comfortable mattresses..did not particularly like the steaming TV , would rather of had cable or satellite, only two channels in English out or 400 and no CNN. I will stay there again though since this is my 6th time staying there .

This is not a hotel. look like a motel. I just spend 20 minute in this property, and i couldn't stay there, the bed is a rock. i been charged for my full stays 4 days, because is no communication between this motel and experia.

We booked a standard room that in the pictures looked clean, updated, overall well kept. We arrived and got a room that smelled horrible, no a/c working, got moved to another room the same night and the a/c worked for half an hour, finally the next day we were moved to a standard room with good a/c. The staff was friendly and helpfull. The hotel needs a lot of improvement.

Nice Small Hotel

I liked my room and I liked the staff at this hotel. No complaints about the food or the staff. Its a few blocks away from what I will call a mini-mall. I wasn't driving so parking not a issue for me. I would not drive here, take a cab. I do have to say that directly across the street is an abandoned building with a homeless guy living there. Just a heads up in case you traveling with kids.

Very disappointed. I stsy there 4 years ago and was great. Now rhe rooms are starring to run down. Was raining whilst i was there so wanted to just stay in my room in the even and watch TV. But they have no TV just YouTube and if you have netflix etc. Ypu can log in using your own details. Unbelievable only free to air TV and that doesnt work how can it be a 3 star hotel withput the basic things. Tje staff are great. I wanted to stay 1 or 2 nights a week for the next 6 weeks as will mert my business needs. However there is bettet hotels and cheaper near by. Sorry wont be staying again here

Quand je suis arrivée je n’ai pas pu avoir ma chambre avant 4 heures PM. Dans la chambre le coffre fort ne s’ouvrait pas, les prises ne fonctionnaient pas (excepté celle à coté du frigidaire) et l’air conditionné ne fonctionnait pas. L’internet ne fonctionne pas sur le balcon à l’extérieur. Deux jours après ils sont venus installer une powerbar pour se connecter dans la prise qui fonctionne. POur le déjeuner le restaurant est supposé ouvrir à 7 heures et j’ai commandé un café et un déjeuner mais 15 minutes après j’avais rien et je suis la seule dans le restaurant. J’ai demandé à la receptioniste de l’hotel si je pouvais avoir mon café alors elle a été le cherché et elle m’a dit qu’ils sont en train de faire mon déjeuner (seulement un omelette et des fruits)…. Dans le restaurant il y a un endroit pour le café mais ils sont venu porter la cafetière a 7:30 mais le restaurant ouvre a 7 heures… et sans lait. J’ai une excursion et je pars à 7:45 alors je ne sais pas si je vais pouvoir manger avant ou non. J’ai demandé d’être réveiller à 3 heures du matin et personne ne m’a appelé. Le gars à la réception m’a dit : il est 3:07. J’ai dit oui mais tu ne m’as pas appelé. Il a dit: Désolé. Alors il ne faut pas se fier à eux. Quand je suis partie avec le taxi il m’a demandé si je voulais un taxi… mais j’étais là depuis 15-20 minutes alors pourquoi il m’a pas demandé avant que je parte? Le gars du taxi n’était pas pour attendre pour lui d’aller faire un café. A vous de juger

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. We ordered room service from the restaurant and it was delicious. Information was left in the room in English and Spanish which was a nice bonus. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, the pool (hot tub) was not used by us. The view was very nice. The room with the balcony was very noisy, traffic almost all night with party buses going by. If you're not a light sleeper, then the room with a balcony will be fine for you. Good location, close to downtown. Taxi service was on time.
