Nice location, bad service

3 days before checking in we were told we have to switch rooms halfway through our 7 day stay and given the great option of cancelling our booking if we were not happy. As we were staying with a 9 mo baby this meant we lost 1 day of activities. Services were bad, reception is only open a couple of hours a day and aren't very helpful (couldn't call a doctor). Something else we found out was that the quick road to the beach is closed, so it isn't walking distance anymore, you have to go around for about 2km.

Very helpful staff, nice place to stay

When we arrived at Curacao KLM had lost our baggage, and I can't stress it enough how the owner did anything she could to help us on this matter. For which I'm very grateful. It's nice place to stay. The lodges are in the middle of a golf course which gives a nice view. Blue Bay beach has been considered as one of the best on the island and it's free for those staying at the lodges. The apartment is cozy and big enough for a couple. It was cleaned 3 times per week, but the quality of the cleaning is questionable, which reduced my rating. It's fairly close to a supermarket (but a car is recommended) and to Willemstad. It's about 10-15 mins by car to the airport. However I couldn't hear planes at all. If you're looking for something affordable, this is definitely the place to stay at. I highly recommend.

Es una propiedad con escaso restaurante en la H ubicación de las habitaciones necesarias un vehículo para movilizarte ya que el hotel no te ofrece movilidad en el complejo llegue un poco temprano ya que mi vuelo llegó una hora antes me cobraron 25 dólares adicionales para poder chequearme llegamos ala una el chequeo era alas tres y tuve que pagar ya que estábamos cansado de un vuelo largo no lo recomiendo

Property never shown to us. Unable to locate silverware. One of 2 ac units did not work. No washer as advertised. No swimming pool as advertised. Special code for beach & gate entrance never given. Bathroom door broken. Needs more clothes storage for extended stay. Many issues could be resolved with proper unit personal show-around. Management needs to focus on customer service rather than Christmas parties.

Received proper documents for check in. Was simple to access the key card. We had a bit of difficulty finding the office but it worked out. Only hiccup was our room wasn’t ready until 4:00PM. Was quite hot and we wanted to get inside seeing check in was 3:00PM.

This property was very clean. There was a woman in the front office when we arrived that was nice. But a couple hours later no on was around. I had the impression when I booked here that the beach was close by, but it’s not. The walk was far with no shade, so it was not possible for my 80 year old grandparents to complete it. There weren’t any signs on the road indicating you were in the right path. Since most restaurants appeared far we had to order a taxi to get dinner which was expensive. The property is quiet which was a plus. It had AC and a coffee machine, but otherwise pretty basic.
