Overall a very comfortable stay and the staff there were always attentive. The location is central in Recoleta, an upscale neighborhood with lots of shopping and a variety of different restaurants. My one problem was that the wifi was terrible and I needed it for personal business.

The hotel was good and the room was comfortable. My main issue was related to the breakfast. I booked the hotel with breakfast and when I arrived, I was informed that it starts at 8:30 am. This was too late for me, since I needed to leave the hotel every morning at 7:30. They offered me vouchers for a cafe, that would only open at 8am. However, I just found that on the morning. I tried to complain with the front desk, but the person responsible was never there. At the end, I had to pay for breakfast out of my pocket and now I am trying to have a reimbursement of the amount that I payed to include it on my reservation.

well located

Central to small shops and the larger commercial areas of Recoleta Located on a smaller street which never, even at night, felt dangerous. 1 block over was the major throughfare of Callao. 3 blocks to Callaco Line D Subte stop and the Holocaust Museum (open only on Sunday) . Beautiful park 1 block south. Friends cautioned us against cutting through the park late at night. The women at the front desk were always helpful. We stayed in Apart 1002 which was identical to the pictures shown on Hotels.com page. We had a balcony which was pleasant but as we were there in Jan (Argentina's summer) the sun can be intense especially with that full wall of glass and sliding door. The view from the apart isn't anything special because the upper floors of the surrounding building are a mixed lot. The AC worked well as did the ceiling fan and the insulated curtains were excellent at keeping the heat at bay.. You'll find a card slot near the door to insert your door card. That enables the electric. That means when you leave and take your door card, the electric shuts off meaning when you first enter the apartment it will be a hot/stuffy until the AC catches up. Of course you can step out on the balcony and catch the ever present breeze while awaiting the AC. Ultimately, It always comes down to would I stay here again. Yes, absolutely.

Pessimo, terrível!

Muito ruim, limpeza ruim, cama casal com o buraco no meio. Café da manhã pessimo e em outro local a duas quadras e foi só uma xícara de café e duas médias lunas nada mais q isso eles não servem ou você tem que pagar por qualquer outra coisa. Lençóis não são trocados e toalhas. Água esfria durante o banho.

Ótima hospedagem. Excelente localização, tudo muito perto, fácil acesso para os principais pontos turísticos da cidade. Sobre o café da manhã, apesar de ser somente café com leite e 2 medialunas, pra mim foi mais que suficiente, sem contar que as medialunas são deliciosas, as melhores que comi na cidade.

Vale o preço, não tenha muita expectativa

Hotel é muito bem localizado, próximo a tudo e bairro muito seguro, voltei do senor tango quase 1 da manhã e precisei andar um quarteirão, tinha muitas pessoas, ônibus e carros, não senti insegurança por 1 segundo. Bem na frente tem um Carrefour express, o que facilitou muito a nossa estadia. Ponto muito negativo e eu pensaria de novo em voltar é por conta da água quente. Depois que se liga a eletricidade precisa esperar 40 minutos para esquentar aproximadamente 8 minutos de banho, ou seja, estávamos em três e o banho precisava ser de 3 minutos cada, a água ia ficando gelada, em um frio extremo deve ser muito ruim.
