Great hotel, nice city but stay central

Was a stop over night on our road trip holiday, the old town parts were amazing, but wouldn't recommend going far off the beaten track of an evening as it just didn't feel particularly safe (the carrefour had a bouncer for example, and it looked like it needed it). Still a nice city and the accommodation was wonderful and in a good location with underground parking

Great Location and Excellent Room

We loved it from day one we entered the hotel. Hotel staff was really cooperative. Especially the gentlemen who dealt with us on late night check in was really good at explaining and left us with no questions to be asked. Well done good job.

Great for self catering

A 1 night stopover as a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). Friendly check in where the receptionist telephoned a nearby restaurant to book a table for us. We had an apartment with two seperate rooms which were very spacious and well equipped. The kitchenette even had a small dishwasher and washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, a sponge and tea towel were all provided.The apartment was simply furished but was clean and quiet with efficient air conditioning. The only downside was the double sofa bed which being metal framed and spring was very creaky. Good value for those looking to self cater. There is an underground secure carpark for which a charge is made. About Euro6 for the night I think. We ate at a fabulous restaurant about 10 minutes walk down the road, L'entrecot de Mulhouse. The entrecote steaks at Euro16 were good value and thoroughly delicious. Highly recommended.

Functional new aparthotel in Mulhouse

We used Appart'City for a visit to the French National Railway Museum. On arrival our booking could not be found and we never did get the 2-bedroom apartment we had booked via hotels.com.The block is new,a few minutes walk from the centre,and very clean but suffers from traffic noise as it is on one of the main roads into Mulhouse and close to a junction-so not good for lighter sleepers ! But on the upside the tramstop is virtually outside and the staff were helpful and we got free breakfasts as recompense for the booking mix-up.

Quick stay in Mulhouse

Overall good stay - rooms clean and well presented. Kettle was eventually provided after request (strange that there wasn't one). Only disappointment was breakfast: expensive for what was provided which was very ordinary and not like the photograph at all.

Clean comfortable accommodation

Modern. basic and perfectly functional for overnight stay. Reception open so prior email advising potentially complex codes unnecessary. Bit far to walk from station with luggage, but safe enough and easy to follow tram lines. Didn't try breakfast as preferred option to eat at cafe in centre.

Good hotel, poor directions

Hotel itself was very good, well equipped and comfortable room although internet could be better. The area around the hotel was pretty deserted at night, lots of offices and apartments although there is a tram stop nearby. It's about a 10-15 min walk to any shops, restaurants etc. The map supplied by hotels.com showing the location of the hotel was misleading as it showed the hotel in the wrong place and we wasted about 15 mins searching for it. Added to that, the hotel did not have clear signage showing its name. For anyone approaching from the city centre, it's on the eastern side of Avenue Robert Schumann at the crossroads with Rue Lefebvre.

the hotel is new, but continuously playing music over night is very annoying. Giving broken door lock at first also bothered us for a while. In addition, it'd be better to provide wifi in the room.

nice apartment, poor service

The apartment has underground car park for additional charge of €6. Staff there not the most customer friendly ones but ok if not staying for too long. Apartment was very nice but ensure to bring your own toiletries. Only French channels on TV and no coffee or tea provided. But you can get breakfast for €9.50. I would advise to get breakfast outside though.
