The apartment is situated on a quiet street, close to all the restaurants and shops. We loved the gondola view and the spacious layout. We thoroughly enjoyed the place, though the bathrooms are a bit outdated.

Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of the City

We had a great stay at this apartment! The location is excellent, close to everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, and overall everything was very good. The only minor downside was that there is a restaurant in the same building — the staff start preparing food early in the morning and finish late at night, which sometimes caused some noise. Also, there is no lift, so be prepared to carry your luggage up the stairs. Despite these small issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Great location to stay in Venice. Located between Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Piaza. Part of Hotel da Bruno, and we had a quant apartment around the corner on a side street on a canal. Great restaurants nearby that we felt very comfortable walking from back to the apartment after dark.

The entire island of Venice was accessible from our location. We walked over 10,000 steps each day as an adventure to see all the shops and tourist sites. Our hotel was easy walking distance for at least 20 different restaurants. Entire house staff for this location were awesome. They were open for 24 hours to give directions and house clean.

A family trip!

It’s a spacious one bedroom apartment for three of us. We stayed in the Master bedroom and our teen boy stayed in the comfort double soft bed located the living room. There is a good size kitchen and lounge areas. Strongly recommended to a family with 2 kids.

Great apartment. Centrally located. Easy access. Two bathrooms - one with tub, other with shower. Kitchen is spacious. Pullout sofa is comfy. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely stay in a large apartment that was a perfect base for exploring Venice. The staff at Hotel da Bruno (which manages the apartments) were very helpful with everything we asked them for, including booking water taxis that picked us up from just behind the hotel. The location of our specific apartment was also perfect for stumbling on several amazing local artisans: Le Pietre di Venezia for lovely hand-painted cards, Arzanart Marbled Paper Studio for Venetian marbled paper and workshops to create it, and Artefact Mosaic Studio for gorgeous artistry in glass mosaics

Wonderful apartment for a family of 4 to stay in. Check in was easy, and the receptionist was kind. Everything was convenient and comfortable. There were some ants on the floor from the terrace door to the kitchen. That was the only negative. We enjoyed the location and the space this apartment offered.

This property has amazing location, 4 min walk from rialto bridge and 5 min walk from St Mark's Square. This property had several buildings nearby, but all were relatively close. It was really accessible and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful during our stay. The apartment we stayed at was very spacious and we were pleasantly surprised how well equipped it was (iron, ironing board, coffee machine, dishwasher, clothing rack and pegs, kettle, safe). I would definitely recommend charming venice apartments for a group of friends/family who are staying in venice for more than a few days, it's one of the best accomodations in the area for it's price!

Awesome 3 level Apartment

This apartment was absolutely Great! There are a few stairs just so you know 2 flights up. It was quiet, comfortable, clean and in a great location. I can't remember what I paid for it but I would have paid more and stayed longer. It has a main level kitchen/ family room with fold out sofa and an upstairs bedroom that has another flight of stairs to an awsome deck looking over the venice roof tops. See photos

Location appartement Venise

Location d'un appartement sur Venise par le biais de l'hôtel Bruno. Une bonne expérience, un appartement tout équipé (machine à lavé, four, lave vaisselle) avec en prime des draps et serviettes propres changés au cours du séjour. Un petit supermarché est disponible à 30 secondes à pied (qui fait d'ailleurs des plats préparés locaux), en plus des différentes pizzas/pates et spécialités locales à emporter à moins de 5 minutes. Ne pas hésiter à prendre des renseignements auprès des maitres d'hôtel (d'une gentillesse extrême) qui parlent français et qui peuvent vous donner bon nombre de conseils. Concernant le quartier, il est vivant et non loin de la place St-Marc.
