Good Choice for Family with Young Children

Definitely for family choice with young kids. The kids enjoyed the horse riding, petting zoo, greenhouse, and the swimming pools with long water slide!

スタッフの皆さんは親切で、総合的にオススメのホテルです。 アーリーチェックイン希望でメールをしたところ、準備ができていればと言われました。実際、2時間前は入らませんでしたが、1時間前の手配をしてくれました。 施設の設備として、スライダー付きのプールや、小さなプレイグラウンド 、水槽にポニーライドができるガーデンがあったりと、小学校中学年の子供は十分楽しめました。 空港に近いので、翌早朝のフライトにとても便利でした。 朝食がホテルで食べれない代りに、お弁当を持たせてくれたので、とても助かりました。 ホテルのお部屋は清潔で広く良かったのですが、蚊がたくさんいたようで、子供が20カ所ほど刺されてしまいまひた。 蚊対策さえすれば、問題なしのホテルでした。

This wasn't our first stay here. The reason we've always come back was everything about this hotel is superb. The breakfast spread is a winner. The only thing that I wish Eastparc would improve is its lobby. Customers need to have a place to sit while waiting, especially when we come in a group. Eastparc has rented out its lobby for businesses, which is a big disappointment.

Nice hotel but not for pool's staff

Nice hotel, including very good pool but less helpful pool staff, because he did not clean the pool very early in the morning before hotel quests using it. Even there is a tool for swimming competition (not having use but already on the pool). This tool is really burden me to swim. The quality of the food for the breakfast is also declining

I am very pleasantly surprised by how politeand courteous the staff are here at Eastparc. Constantly having a smile on their faces enhances my experience here. Rooms are clean and comfortable with big space. Breakfast, having a lot of variety with international choices. I came from Singapore with my family here for a school holiday. Location to shopping mall is good as well.
