Metro & buses 200m walk. 24 hr supermarket 100 m away. Rooms, small but all you need & clean. Access via pin number's, all very straightforward.

We were very pleased with this hotel.Two minute walk to the supermarket.Five minute walk to the train station and a lovely Nepalese restaurant by the station.The hotel was clean and perfect for a city break.Would definitely stay here again.

Budget aparthotel, but comfy and good facilities.

This was my second stay Forenom Aparthotel Helsinki Herttoniemi, and it was just as good as the first time. Great transport links to the hotel and easy to find. Forenom send an email in advance od your arrival time with a unique code for entry to the building and your room. The room itself is not huge, but has comfy beds, a fridvmfe, kettle and microwave, a desk and all cutlery, plates etc you would need. Heating floor in the bathroom and plenty if hot water. In conclusion, you could stay on a lot worse places! I travel to Helsinki ecery 3 montha and dont plan to stay anywhere else.

I've stayed here several times before, and like the convenient location to public transport and local shops. The addition of a few coffee sachets was a nice surprise, as buying a pack for a few days would be a waste. The only thing that could improve my stay would be an extra pillow. I was staying as a single, so there was only one.

Not bad at all.

Basic, yet comfortable and quiet apartment style room. Includes microwave, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery, plates, glasses and also cleaning equipment. Plenty of hot water and heated floor in the bathroom. Not the most luxurious but a lot for the budget. Will stay here again in the future.

Nice building but poorly managed

The management of the hotel did not relate to me well. From the day I checked in, my room was never cleaned nor were my towels changed...... calling the 24/7 customer service was a nightmare. Don’t think I will love to stay with you next time.

Dreadful customer service.

The hotel was supposed to text me the door entry pass code at 4pm By nearly 5 pm I had not received it & was left standing outside in the cold & snow. My son who lives in Helsinki phoned them & was told that they would text it to me immediately but they didn't. I then phoned them myself & was told my reservation had been cancelled as I had not paid which I had on the 28th September. I offered to give my credit card details but they refused the offer. My son managed to log into my home computer e-mail site & found that this is where they had sent the pass code. What is the point of sending it to my computer after I had left the UK to fly to Finland? This wasted almost 2 hours mostly standing outside in the snow & cost me almost £10 in phone charges. I doubt if I will ever stay there again.Why did one person say the pass code would be sent and another person said I had not paid?
