Great location 👌

Great serviced apartment in an old building loved the old style lift. Check in was very well managed. Keyless entry by app was brilliant. Found the place to be very clean with daily housekeeping. Great lication 5 mins walk to Earls Court Tube station. Few nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity.

Disappointing...

The check-in via the App requires excessive information (we are UK residents, so why did we need to provide passport details?!). When arriving at the building, the (new) App didn't work after many attempts, so I couldn't download the key to access the building. Pros: The staff are really friendly and helpful. The apt was well appointed and comfortable. Cons: There is no TV in bedroom (NB living room TV is Wi-Fi and didn't work anyway - picture kept freezing). No creamer for coffee. Both toilets wouldn't flush. Small and quite dated elevator.

Amazing place

Ideally placed near to the tube station, our room was upgraded for myself and 3 friends, rooms were clean and beds comfortable, plenty of space, a room each and 3 bathrooms, kitchen was well equipp e and spacious, staff were pleasant and helpful thoroughly recommend

Would rate my stay 3/5 stars. The room was very clean and a decent size with a refurbished kitchen and bathroom. The staff were very friendly and helpful which was nice and which is why I’m giving 3 stars. However, our stay wasn’t too great. The bed was comfy but squeaked with every movement. The worst part was how lacking the room was of sound proofing. Early hours in the morning and a couple times in the night on pretty much both nights (not as bad on first night but still not great) we were awoken by the traffic which was loud, the windows must’ve been quite old. There was constant stamping from the apartment upstairs from 7am onwards. You could hear everything from the hallway which made my girlfriend feel unsafe before we went to sleep. Enjoyed the style, clean room and friendly staff. Didn’t enjoy the lack of sound proofing.

Best experience we had as staff was very friendly and available to accommodate most of the needs we had. The apartment are not super huge and super new but well organise. One note of improvement would be to replace the sofas are are old and very uncomfortable and to put double glaze for all windows. Thank you for hosting us. T

Disgraceful and unhygienic

Absolutely dreadful. I did not stay and am seeking a refund. I will take legal action if needed. I did not stay - the accommodation is nothing like advertised ( which is a deliberate misinterpretation ). I have many photos to post on social media and a swatch of the disgusting carpet.

Amazing property (Highgrove Suite - 4 bed 3 bathroom). Hugely spacious well appointed suite in great location just a couple of minutes from Earles Court tube. Great helpful staff available.

We stayed in the Garden Suite, which was spacious, well equipped and the perfect size for a party of four adults and a child. The accommodation was spotless and generally very well maintained (a few loose doors on wardrobes and kitchen units etc., but nothing that couldn't be fixed with a screwdriver and 10 minutes). Amenities were very good, with a washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker and full kitchen etc. Staff were welcoming and friendly and all requests were met timeously and without any fuss. For example, we reported on the second day of our stay that the secondary glazing would not close in the single bedroom. They arranged for it to be fixed on the same day, which is a rare level of service in London. The location of the property is just off Earl's Court Road and it is very well located for the underground, buses and for walking to various tourist attractions. There are lots of good quality restaurants and shops nearby, very family friendly. We had a great stay, for a fair price considering both the size and quality of the accommodation and will doubtless return in future.

It was lovely and quiet and yet so near to everything. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Booked at the last minute as a booking we had was cancelled at last minute. Glad it was the apartment was perfect.
