The property was perfectly located to explore the surrounding area of Lisbon and the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean and bright.

Excellent! Would certainly stay here again. Only a short walk into the city centre, and there are some small grocery shops nearby. Staff were super friendly, and the apartment was cleaned every day.

It's a lovely place close to city center, we walked everywhere, with a cozy lobby. The reception staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. There was cafe and restarurants in walking distance, we loved the propert and the city.

Great location, cozy modern apartment

The hotel is comfortable, nice and well located. We would only ask for improvements in the restroom: add counterspace to place things, add an extractor, add an anti slip mat or something on the bathtub since it may be dangerous. Most tourists shower, don't bath.

LOVED this property. The decor was cute and the space was clean. We had a couple issues with the circuit breaker and the lights going out a couple of times but reception was quick to help fix the issues. Would definitely recommend!

Clean cosy apartment.

The host allowed us to drop ourbags off earlier than checkin. She provided us instructions on access and the neighborhood. There was no laundry access. There were some issues getting hot water consistently.

The staff at the property at the reception and other were very helpful during our day and kept checking whether we needed our rooms cleaned or needed anything in the room. They were always open to help and suggest what we should be doing. The property itself was decent with a double bunkbed but the only concern we had was that there was no oven in the property or a kettle or a working toaster which made it very difficult for us to bring stuff that could be cooked in the flat. Also there was only a pan as the option to cook. It would be useful to have an oven in these properties so that you could bake or cook something else when needed. The property itself is at a elevation so it requires a lot of walking back-and-forth to stations going down is fine but walking back up is quite an issue because you can’t even get a Bolt or an Uber as the streets are very narrow and they struggle due to cars parked on the side of the roads making very difficult for them to navigate through the roads the area itself is quite niche and a good area but remember with Children and adults it requires a lot of walking and very good and healthy lungs

Large apartment in good location. Pics don't really make it which relate to the apartment you are booking, and we were a little surprised when our apartment for 4 was a double and bunk beds. Also, we thought it was poor that every drink, chocolate bar etc in the fridge... and even the tea bags and coffee pods was chargeable. Never had that experience previously!

Moisture and mold

The smell of moisture and mold in the room were horrible.We entered the room at 11pm to avoid being for a long time and we left it before 8am. when We wake up literally sick with headache and closed nose. The woman at the reception pretend that nobody mention this before. We were lucky to book in it only one night (the price was much higher than the other wonderful hotel we stayed in)

When we checked in, the room was not properly cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the sink, a used toothbrush on the counter, and hair in the shower. Before we went to dinner we let the front desk know thinking they would clean it up while we were gone but they did not. Very disappointing that we felt like we slept in an unclean room.

Good, if you check in before 4pm

Satisfactory room and bathroom. Clean with nice linens. However, check in was disappointing when it was supposed to be easy via an app on my phone. I informed the hotel in advance that we would be checking in at 6pm, thus later than their 4pm front desk, and after following their instructions for downloading a hotel key app beforehand and verifying my account, I was not given a room and had to call while standing at the door of the hotel. Thankfully the third person I was transferred to helped me by resetting my reservation in their system. If she hadn't answered the phone, I would have been standing on the sidewalk with my baby and no room to check into.

Beds comfy and white linen was lovely and fresh. A little tired on the quirky layout but rooms ok. Reception only open till 4pm daily. Quiet neighbourhood but still close to restaurants and bars. We didn’t have breakfast but saw the trays of breakfast for other guests and looked delicious. Fridge had drinks/water and snacks. They supplied some coffee pods and teabags but we took our own tea. Bought milk and water at local mini mart. Plenty of towels and liquid soap and loo rolls. Lovely outside sitting area with pond (including terrapin/turtle and goldfish not roped off tho) We had two rooms. One was nicer than the other in decor/layout but both clean and comfortable. Not in the room much so not a problem at all. Very friendly staff and good English spoken. Helped us with map/locations etc. we stayed Thu to Sunday and they arranged a taxi. Most enjoyable trip!

Buona posizione per visitare Lisbona vicino al quartiere della movida ma non disturba con rumori, poco piacevole passarci in tarda serata. Pulito e ben organizzato, camere molto grandi e ben attrezzato in cucina. Buona qualità del divano letto. Se capita un vicino di camera rumoroso si sente molto.
