Each apartment provides a fridge and a microwave, plus free WiFi and a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Staff at check in were very slow and rude. They were not helpful and expected us to know where to go. Beds were terrible. Location was good even with the slight walk to beach. Pool and amenities were good.

We enjoyed the room as itself from the decorations to the way the resort looks as a whole. Parking is tuff in the garage once they are full but with so many people I can understand it. The beds were small compared to our normal expectations but they were comfortable.

Would definitely pick a different hotel to stay at. Had issues with the water in the shower, they sent maintenance in after 10pm to try to look at it and “fix” it and was in and out the room for a good 30-45 minutes

Overall, we enjoyed our stay however there’s a few things that should be updated. The lobby situation was confusing, the lobby was across the street from the actual hotel. Two elevators were broken. And after a certain time at night it was impossible to find parking so we had to park in the garage across the street.

Check in was super slow, had to pay $24 for the weekend for parking and the parking garage was so small. It was difficult to navigate and I ended up messing up the front of my car. The room smelled musty and old. No maid service showed up for fresh towels or to empty trash.

- No seal on exterior door leading to a loud whistling noise when closed. - Both entrance door and balcony door were hard to open. - Any touching/movement on bed led to metal on metal sound. - Shower wasn’t clean. - Person was standing and peeping in guest room from the sundeck one evening. - Rude encounter when calling front desk to ask questions.

Had issues with our TV the entire stay. Someone came to fix it and it worked for a few hours and then it stopped. Called Frint Desk numerous times and no answer. My room flooded due to something above my room. I called the front desk from 5:15-6:15am and finally made contact after I packed my family up to vacate due to not knowing what the “water” was coming from the ceiling.

Upon check in we did not get the room that we booked. The room they assigned us was in a building that should be condemned. The room was filthy and smelled like an old fish tank. The carpet was frayed, furniture was dirty. We went back to the desk and said we are not staying there. They did upgrade the room into a different building which was nice but the AC did not work.
