Quarto excelente!

Quarto com um tamanho excelente. Muito espaço. Banheiro reformado e ótimo. Cama confortável, muito limpo, silencioso e tem tudo que é necessário. Recebemos todas as informações e instruções para o check in por e-mail. Funcionou perfeitamente. Único ponto negativo é o calçamento da rua para quem está viajando com malas e é necessário descer/subir uma pequena ladeira.

LASST BESSER DIE FINGER VON BUCHUNGEN BEI ANA LIVING ODER ANDEREN UNTERKÜNFTEN DER KETTE. Kein Schlüssel zum Checkin vorhanden, Hotline nur schwer zu erreichen. Mehrmalige Info sie melden sich zurück. Keine Antwort vom Service. Auf eigene Nachfrage dann die Info, dass das Zimmer fertig sei. Leider Fehlanzeige. Nach weiteren 2h war das Zimmer dann endlich fertig. Allerdings nicht wie bei der Buchung bestätigt, im 1.OG, sondern im EG. WLAN und TV funktioniert auch nicht.

Die Unterkunft war hervorragend ,ruhig,sauber ,gross mit balkon ,aber wenn es schneit ist kein fernseh empfang und es wäre vll schön dann wenigstens einen kleinen radio zu haben ,mit dem schlüsselcode hat auch alles super einfach funktioniert 👍👍👍

Alles war sehr schlecht, sie gehen nicht ans Telefon, sie antworten nicht auf E-Mails, sie geben keine Check-in-Informationen. Sie unterbrechen Ihre Anrufe und nennen Sie sehr unhöflich, sehr dreist.

Nur durch Zufall

Ich erhielt keine Email welche mir den Zugang ins Hotel ermöglicht hätte. Die Telefonnummer war nicht bedient und so stand ich vor verschlossenen Türen. Als dann endlich mal einer ans Telefon ging, erhielt ich einen falschen Türcode. Nur per Zufall erhielt ich Zugang weil andere Hotelgäste das Hotel verliessen. Die jedoch wollten mich nicht einlassen und spielten dann noch Polizist. Irgendwann dann klappte es. - Ich komme gerne wieder aber bitte! senden Sie bei Buchung doch bitte die nötige Emailbestätigung mit den entsprechenden Codes! - Danke!
