Wonderful apartment close to downtown

Great day. Every time my wife and I have stayed here. It’s been a wonderful experience. The communication with the host is amazing and the convenience to downtown Santa Barbara is wonderful.

Highly recommend this place. The space was used efficiently, it was very clean, and had the eco/sustainable amenities needed for a great stay. When needing to contact the ‘front desk’ via text, they were responsive within a few minutes or less. Would def recommend this place and will plan on coming back when the times comes.

I liked that it was in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to Santa Barbara Bowl and to State Street. Check in was so easy, free parking, allow 1 night stays. Rooms are clean, updated and nicely decorated. Would definitely stay again

PERFECTION!

PERFECTION. This quaint 13 unit property blew our expectations out of the water. Whoever the interior designer is, give them a raise! The attention to detail was incredible. Also, the location is amazing, just blocks away from downtown, the courthouse, and the Presidio. Another perk is the fact that everything is included, there aren’t any parking fees or resort fees. We will definitely be back, and we’re looking forward to it!
